MrBeast Make-A-Wish

Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is known above all else for his charity and philanthropy, and the YouTuber’s latest effort saw him release a Make-A-Wish video with other top streamers. This included Darren “iShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. and multiple mainstream celebrities as they fulfilled 100 wishes.

MrBeast was married just a few days ago, but the YouTuber is already going viral for his latest video. His latest release is more emotional than entertaining, as the YouTuber was accompanied by several celebrities and streamers to fulfill the wishes of 100 children battling cancer. Here’s a closer look at who showed up in the video, why this isn’t surprising for MrBeast, and how the creator’s 2026 has been so far.

MrBeast fulfilled wishes of 100 children battling cancer

MrBeast recently uploaded a video, “We Helped 100 Kids Fight Cancer,” partnering with Stand Up To Cancer and Amgen. The video features several celebrities including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, iShowSpeed, Olajide “KSI” Olayinka Williams Olatunji, Kylie “Sketch” Cox, and others. Basketball legend LeBron James also appeared at a basketball court to shoot some hoops with the kids. Speed, meanwhile, appeared in a short video call, and the CORE boys were seen in a toy store with the kids. MrBeast ultimately fulfilled the wishes of a total of 100 kids, and the video ended with the YouTuber donating $6.5 million to Stand Up to Cancer.

MrBeast is renowned for his humanitarian efforts, and the YouTuber’s first Kick stream was also a donation livestream raising money for TeamWater. The streamer set a Guinness World Record for the most money raised in a single livestream. He also helped raise $20 million for TeamTrees in 2019 and over $30 million for TeamSeas in 2021. The YouTuber’s Beast Philanthropy charity initiative also donates food and supplies through various food banks, with his generosity helping him become one of the most recognizable personalities online.

2026 has been a massive year for MrBeast

MrBeast is a massive YouTuber, and he crossed the 500 million YouTube subscriber milestone in 2026, establishing his brand as one of the most dominant forces on the platform. The YouTuber has continued to make large-scale videos, with the Make-A-Wish one being just one of many. He also married his long-time fiancée Thea “TheaBeasty” Booysen in an intimate ceremony at Richard Branson’s private Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.

On the business side, MrBeast continues to expand Beast Industries by entering the fintech market after acquiring Step, demonstrating his ambition to diversify beyond traditional creator-led businesses. This success has significantly increased his net worth.

Additionally, Feastables has become one of his largest brands, and the food business remains a priority for the YouTuber. The growth of Beast Industries shows that while MrBeast continues to upload videos that attract millions of views, he is also building a business empire beyond YouTube. Philanthropy also remains central to his public identity, and this is unlikely to be the last viral charitable video he posts.
