MOUZ are set to take on FURIA in a do-or-die match in the $500,000 StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 lower bracket. Both teams have already suffered losses at the event, but we believe one team is in much better shape than the other. Here are our MOUZ vs FURIA predictions for September 19.

MOUZ vs FURIA Match Preview

Betting tip: MOUZ are currently the higher-ranked team and also made a very deep run at the most recent S-tier event. They are clearly the favorites, especially with FURIA struggling recently.

MOUZ vs FURIA Match Analysis

Two high-profile teams face off in a do-or-die match, as the loser will be eliminated from StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026.

MOUZ have looked like one of the best CS2 teams since the post-IEM Cologne Major roster shuffle happened, as the boys in red recently found a second-place finish at BLAST Open Porto 2026 just a few weeks ago.

However, they did suffer a major upset earlier at this event, getting reverse swept by NRG, of all teams. Still, MOUZ bounced back to take down a very worthy opponent in NAVI just yesterday to advance to the next round.

Overall, MOUZ have looked a little shaky at this event, but we can’t allow two matches to overwrite their strong performances over the past month. They’re still a very strong team and one that could also win this entire tournament.

On the other hand, we have FURIA, a team that has looked very inconsistent in recent months. The Brazilian squad lost to Team Vitality 0-2 yesterday, which was an expected result, but the fashion that it happened was concerning.

FURIA had a 5-1 lead on the first map and lost ten rounds in a row right after to concede the map 8-13. Then, they were blown out of Dust 2 5-13, posting zero T-side rounds. Things look pretty bleak over in the FURIA camp, and we’re not sure if they’re ready to take on MOUZ in their current form.

MOUZ vs FURIA Betting Picks and Predictions

MOUZ are quite favored to win the series, and we agree with the betting odds that point lean toward them. We believe MOUZ are currently in good shape, and that FURIA do not look like a top-five team in the world right now.

However, FURIA does have a chance to make the series close. They could pick either Ancient or Cache, which are two of MOUZ’s worst CS2 maps. We can see FURIA winning their map pick, but MOUZ should still win the series in the end.

As a result, we’re taking MOUZ to win the series as our primary bet, but we also suggest an Over 2.5 maps angle if you’d like to add some extra value.
