Mernuel signals Kick's dominance for Spanish-language streamers

Manuel “Mernuel” Merlo is one of the biggest streamers on Kick, and as his Spanish-language audience only continues to grow, fans continue to want to learn more about the famed content creator.
Argentina is known for many things, from a history of outstanding football players to its being the birthplace of the beloved tango. Now, with the help of livestreaming platform Kick, it’s also becoming the home of several world-famous content creators and streamers. With hundreds of thousands of followers, some of these Argentine streamers are rising to fame not only with fans in their native country, but well beyond those borders.
Mernuel is just one among the streamers who, in their short time in the public eye, have become part of the Spanish-language takeover on Kick.
Who is Kick streamer Mernuel?
Mernuel is an Argentine and Spanish-speaking streamer who has gathered a massive following across both Kick and YouTube.
Compared to some of the other most popular Kick content creators, Mernuel is a relative newcomer to the scene. He first launched his career in 2023 and has since garnered around 850,000 followers on the platform. Much of his content focuses around chatting about the sport football, his major life updates, and just generally hanging out with his live audience on Kick. Mernuel also frequently streams on Kick with Tony “Moski,” another Argentine content creator among Spanish-speaking audiences.
The streamer also likes to share gaming content on his channel. His main video game interests consist of EA Sports FC 25, Minecraft and Clash Royale. Above all else, though, fans love to watch Mernuel regardless of what he’s doing for his easy-going personality and his desire to always keep viewers in his chat feeling engaged.
In October 2025, Mernuel was part of a group that took home Premios Idolo Argentina’s Idols of the Year Award. He won the award in conjunction with Moski and another streamer, Santiago “Bauletti” Baietti.

Mernuel is part of the rise in Spanish-language streamers and content on Kick; the platform has a higher viewership percentage for Spanish streamers than even its massive livestreaming rival Twitch. The evidence of this can be easily seen by looking at a list of Kick’s most-followed streamers. Half of the top 15 streamers on Kick are primarily Spanish speakers and hail from Latin America.
That number includes other football-oriented content creators like David “Davoo Xeneize” Quint, as well as streaming superstars the likes of Luis Fernando “WestCol” Villa Alvarez.
Where can fans find Mernuel?
Although Kick is Mernuel’s main platform, he is also active on YouTube and across various social media platforms.
Mernuel’s YouTube channel, which currently has 1.31 million followers, mainly shares clips from his Kick streams. YouTube is still a more well-known and accessible platform to many, so his repeat uploads only serve to lengthen his reach without creating significantly more work for himself.
While he also has a small Twitch channel, he has not been active on the platform in over a year and his live broadcasts are now focused on Kick. And that’s with good reason, given that on Kick he has quickly built himself into one of the platform’s most-followed streamers.
With regards to social media, the streamer is active on predominantly TikTok and Instagram. Like his YouTube channel, Merneul’s TikTok is comprised of short snips from his streams shared out to his 1.4 million followers. He also has 1 million followers on Instagram, despite only having a few posts live. There, he has posted images of himself and his friends as well as celebrated some major accomplishments, like getting a spread in Pompa magazine.
Mernuel streams on Kick in Spanish every few days for at least a couple of hours, so he isn’t one of the most consistent streamers on the platform, but he always makes an impact when he does go live. With 16,000 average viewers on his videos, he always has a big audience to engage with that makes him feel welcome. And considering his continued growth both on Kick and elsewhere, that’s likely to continue to be the came for the foreseeable future.
