Ludwig announces CS Minor tournament — here are the full details

Ludwig Ahgren is back with another event, and this time, he is hosting the CS Minor tournament, where fans will see some familiar esports personalities and other creators.
The American streamer, caster, and host is famous for the events and other collaborative gatherings he holds. Ludwig’s last event that went viral for all the wrong reasons was Mogul Moves, where Super Smash Bros. Melee player Joseph “Mang0” Marquez had too much to drink and allegedly became inappropriate. Now, Ludwig is back with another event, and this time it’s a CS Minor tournament.
What is the CS Minor tournament?
The CS Minor is a Counter-Strike 2 tournament hosted by popular content creator Ludwig. He initially announced the event on April 18, 2026, and stated that he “recruited the best (and worst) CS players”. The tournament is creator-led, and not a professional event featuring pro players, so the best CS2 teams will not be on show, but this is an opportunity for some amateurs to make a name for themselves.

Four teams will take part in the event, and Michael “shroud” Grzesiek, Erik “fl0m” Flom, Jordan “n0thing” Gilbert, and Austin “AustinCS” Meadows were announced as the captains. Ludwig has also shared that professional CS commentators Harry “JustHarry” Russell, Hugo Byron, and Mohan “launders” Govindasamy, and former Super Smash Bros. player Anthony “Slime” Bruno are the official casters of the event, meaning that there will certainly be some big names on show.
When is the CS Minor tournament?
The CS Minor is a one-day tournament that will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, commencing at 12 PM PT. The event will be livestreamed on Ludwig’s Twitch and YouTube channels. The four team captains are well-known in the esports world, but most of the other players aren’t professionals, so it remains to be seen how they play during the event, which is part of the excitement. Fans have already started speculating which players will perform well, and while there is no official esports betting partner, early chatter has started appearing on community forums.
CS minor rosters announced
Ludwig had initially only revealed the captains and players, as the rosters hadn’t been drafted. The full teams have now been revealed, and the 16 players, excluding captains, have been divided into four teams.
