Karmine Corp's 2026 Worlds team

While both teams have struggled to make it this far, Karmine Corp and CFO will now duke it out in the 2026 Worlds Swiss Stage, with elimination on the line, to see which team retains its Worlds dream.

Betting favoriteKarmine Corp

Both Karmine Corp and CTBC Flying Oyster came into this tournament’s Swiss Stage with impressive victories. However, they both also fell off, losing two consecutive games against different teams. Both teams now risk losing a third match, which will eliminate them. On the other hand, the team that manages to come out on top will get another chance to prove they deserve to move to the knockout stage with one final match.

Karmine Corp vs CFO match overview

Betting tip: Even though Karmine Corp is the favorite to win, there’s a real chance that CFO could cause an upset by winning.

Our Karmine Corp vs CFO pick: CFO to cause an upset @ 2.28 odds at GG.BET.

Karmine Corp vs CFO match analysis

Karmine Corp was gaining insane momentum, especially when the team won against Cloud9 in a tough best-of-five in this tournament’s play-in. However, much of that momentum has already fallen. With Anyone’s Legend being among the first teams to be eliminated from Worlds this year, KC has only won against arguably the weakest team in the Swiss Stage. The team then proceeded to lose against LYON and BLG.

Much of KC’s victories come from its experienced bot lane. Caliste is an excellent ADC, especially when Busio provides the right initiation for him. The team knows how to play under pressure, but it has showcased inconsistencies when facing off against stronger opponents than it’s used to in domestic matches.

CFO's 2026 Worlds team

CFO’s 2026 Worlds team – Image credit: CFO

CFO is nowhere near as impressive as it was last year, but Doggo’s carry potential is still undeniable. The team has an all-around strong team with no weak links, though the team’s overreliance on Doggo is clear. It’s as if the entire team crumbles if its bottom lane isn’t able to get an advantage, though KC hasn’t shown the strategic prowess to prove it can realize and counter this.

Looking at how both teams have been performing recently, there’s a strong chance that the match will go the distance. It may be a good idea to take the over on 2.5 maps, especially considering the high potential return. KC will likely want to try and get a decent early lead against CFO, which could potentially give the team the first blood as well. However, when it comes to the winner, CFO’s lineup is mechanically skilled enough to win against the shaky Karmine Corp, despite the gap in international experience.

Karmine Corp vs CFO betting picks & predictions

CFO and Karmine Corp aren’t anywhere near the top of the list of favorites to win this entire thing. That doesn’t mean they can’t cause a couple of upsets on their way to the knockout stage. Both teams have shining strengths and glaring weaknesses, but looking at CFO’s highs and raw talent, there’s a good chance that it may come out on top in this match to survive elimination.

☑️ My Picks

  • Karmine Corp to get first blood @ 1.66: CFO heavily relies on the early game to get a game-long advantage, which KC will likely want to counter.
  • Total maps over 2.5 @ 2.28: CFO and KC are both struggling to reach their domestic peaks, which could make this match go the distance.

Karmine Corp vs CFO prediction: I predict that CFO will cause an upset 2-1 in this match against KC, which is rated 2.28 odds at GG.BET.
