Legal troubles could impact HSTikkyTokky streaming on Kick

Harrison “HSTikkyTokky” Sullivan is known on Kick and across the internet for both his streaming exploits and his bouts of controversy, but will his latest antics and the ensuing legal repercussions actually prevent him from streaming moving forward?
One of the reasons that so many streamers have flocked to Kick in recent years is the more lax restrictions on speech and the greater freedom in terms of the types of content that can be created for fans. Creators including Felix “xQc” Lengyel and Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa, who have had trouble on other streaming platforms, have appreciated Kick for that reason. But that doesn’t mean streamers can say absolutely anything without consequences, and it doesn’t keep them from getting into legal trouble offline.
HSTikkyTokky is a boundary pusher in many ways, and his attitude and actions may have a long-term impact on his streaming career on Kick and beyond.
Who is Kick streamer HSTikkyTokky?
HSTikkyTokky is a controversial British streamer with a major presence on Kick, Instagram, and elsewhere.
First getting big on TikTok, the creator originally gained recognition for his fitness content, outgoing personality, and lavish spending habits. Some have compared him to figures like Andrew Tate, given his inflammatory remarks made toward women and marginalized groups. It’s unclear whether his TikTok was taken down or voluntarily removed, but either way, it has been made unavailable as of January 2026. Much of his fitness-themed content now lives on Instagram instead.
Where HSTikkyTokky primarily posts material now is on Kick, where he has well over 200,000 followers and regularly streams for four or more hours daily. He predominantly shares slots & casino content alongside IRL vlogs and just chatting streams. HSTikkyTokky also frequently collaborates with other notable streamers including Adin Ross.
But even on a forgiving platform like Kick, the streamer is not immune to controversy. The site briefly banned him in 2025 for using a slur on stream. Shortly after that, HSTikkyTokky was banned again for livestreaming his involvement in a fight that took place while he was streaming live in Spain.

The creator has used his online success to pursue a variety of real-life adventures. HSTikkyTokky has launched a boxing career with Misfits Boxing, where he has gotten into fights both inside and outside of the ring. He promises to help his fans obtain a buff physique similar to his through his company HED Fitness. He also has several singles up on popular music platforms, both produced solo and in collaboration with George “General G” Elliot.
Despite his popularity across the web, recent legal developments suggest the possibility of HSTikkytokky having to take a break from streaming on Kick and elsewhere.
HSTikkyTokky faces charges in UK
Kick streamer HSTikkyTokky received charges and subsequent sentencing after crashing a car in Surrey that will see him serve time in the UK.
In March 2024, HSTikkyTokky was charged with dangerous driving, using a phone while driving, and two more counts after crashing his McLaren 720S. Rather than turn himself in, the creator continued traveling around the world and streaming to fans. Police finally detained him while he was streaming in Spain and returned him to the United Kingdom to face repercussions.

The streamer received a one-year suspended custodial sentence, community service and rehab, and a two-year ban on driving. While this brought his Kick streaming career into question, none of this explicitly forbade him from creating and sharing content on any of his active platforms.
As of January 2026, HStikkyTokky continued streaming and posting content across all of his different accounts. But he may have made thing worse for himself by potentially violating terms of his custodial sentence by allegedly tattooing a fan’s forehead illegally and posting the video on Kick. Tattoos can only be done only by licensed studios in the UK, and it seems there may be more trouble yet to come to the Kick content creator.
Time will tell if the streamer’s career can withstand his consistent legal issues. With hundreds of thousands of followers across Instagram and Kick combined, HSTikkyTokky at least knows that he’ll have a big audience to stream to if he can just keep himself clean.
