LEC playoffs

The 2026 LEC Summer Playoffs are finally here in the world of LoL betting. After weeks of regular-season action, the battle to get to Worlds 2026 is heating up. Team Vitality, G2 Esports, GiantX, and Karmine Corp start their playoff run in the upper bracket. Both sets of matches have a lot of betting potential, with some decent value to be found. Here are some of the best bets to make on GG.Bet for the first round of LEC playoffs.

Team Vitality vs G2 Esports

While GG.Bet has G2 as the overwhelming favorites in this best-of-five, Vitality does have the potential to cause an upset in the upper bracket of playoffs. G2 is on a two-game losing streak, losing to Fnatic and GiantX, two teams who have no business beating G2 in a best-of-five series. Vitality, on the other hand, have won every series since the opening week, finishing the regular season 7-2. Looking at the stats on Oracle’s Elixir. Despite G2 crashing out in the group stage of the EWC earlier this summer, they and Vitality are close across the board. Here are some of my recommended odds for Vitality vs G2:

LEC Playoffs Round 1

GiantX vs Karmine Corp

Unlike the other best-of-five, this series should only go the way of Karmine Corp, who reached the recent grand final of the Esports World Cup. They are Europe’s best chance at putting up a challenge on the international stage, and thus should easily dispatch GiantX, a team that finished the regular season with a 5-4 record. Despite beating G2, KC has the head-to-head record, beating their upcoming opponents 2-0. In fact, KC has only dropped two individual games in the split, one to G2 at the start of the split and one to Shifters. According to OE, Karmine Corp has the fewest deaths of any team in the LEC regular season; they are a hard team to kill, and GiantX will struggle to find their footing in this series. Here are my suggestions for betting on KC vs GX:

☑️ My view

Even though G2 is considered the overwhelming favorite by betting odds, this is the best chance to predict against them. Even if historically, G2 ramps up in the playoffs, it’s occasionally been through the lower bracket. This is why I believe that Vitality can take this series, even if it has to go the distance. They have the momentum and are a different team from the side that lost both bo3s on the opening week. If there is ever a time, it’s round 1.

As for Karmine Corp vs GiantX, I would be stunned if KC drops a game; they have only lost two maps all split, which is an impressive feat. They went 9-0, crushing every team in their path, and with the roadshow on the horizon, they are in the best form of anyone in Europe. This only goes one way for KC, and that way is 3-0.
