Leaks Suggest That a Fortnite X One Piece Collaboration May Be Coming

Fortnite has collaborated with all sorts of franchises over the years, but a potentially leaked collaboration with One Piece may be the largest yet.

When it comes to games collaborating with known IPs, it’s borderline impossible to compete with Fortnite. The battle royale game has some insane collaborations under its belt, including one with Kingdom Hearts when the Square Enix IP’s popularity is at an all-time high.

However, if recent leaks are to be believed, then the game may be about to see one of its largest collaborations yet. This isn’t all, because the potentially leaked One Piece x Fortnite collaboration may be part of its own mini-season.

Fortnite may be about to collaborate with One Piece

According to data mined from Rocket League’s files, both Fortnite and Rocket League may be collaborating with One Piece soon.

Mined by @stevpeifer and revealed by @SamLeakss, both X users have a proven record of revealing Epic-related collaborations before the company. This collaboration’s information was mined from Rocket League’s update files, and it wouldn’t be the first time the game has crossed over with Fortnite.

It also wouldn’t be a stretch to see One Piece characters in Fortnite. The game remains popular and characters from other notable anime IPs, including Goku from Dragon Ball and Sasuke from Naruto, are also playable skins in the battle royale. According to mined data, the One Piece x Rocket League official description is a retelling of Gol D. Roger’s famous line before his execution in the anime and manga series.

As for the characters that will be part of the collaboration, nothing has been revealed yet. However, there’s a strong chance that fans may see Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Nami added to Fortnite. After all, most anime collaborations see three male skins and one female skin added in their first crossover waves. Of course, the skins will likely be joined by other cosmetics, potentially including a Going Merry glider.

The X leaker elaborated by saying that the collaboration is set for November of this year. He expanded by saying that the collaboration will likely be the mini season; though there hasn’t been any confirmation yet, this could be a collaboration that hits Fortnite betting sites soon.

Another collaboration potentially mined from Rocket League’s update files is Rocket League/Fortnite x Black Clover. This isn’t exactly as notable as the One Piece collaboration, but the timing would make sense since the Black Clover anime is slated to return this year.
