Lacy announces a gaming marathon with Marlon — here's what we know

Twitch streamers Nick “Lacy” Fosco and Marlon “Mar3lg” Lundgren Garcia will be livestreaming a gaming marathon next month, and more details of the upcoming event have just been revealed.

Kai Cenat and Darren “iShowSpeed” Watkins Jr.’s successful Minecraft marathon has seemingly inspired other creators, with Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart and Rani “StableRonaldo” Netz announcing their own Minecraft marathon. Now two other streamers, Lacy and Marlon, have revealed that they will also be doing a gaming marathon. Their marathon won’t only consist of Minecraft — here are the games and rules of Lacy and Marlon’s event.

Lacy and Marlon will do a three-game marathon

In a recent stream, Lacy stated that he and Marlon will do a Gaming Gauntlet Marathon in early September 2026, where they have to play Fortnite, Warzone, and Minecraft Hardcore. Similar to Kai and Speed, Lacy and Marlon will also have to finish each game during a single run, or they will have to restart from the first game.

Kai and Speed had a 10-day clause, where they could defeat each of the four Minecraft bosses in separate runs if they were unable to defeat them and complete the game within 10 days. Lacy didn’t reveal whether he and Marlon have a similar rule, where they will be able to complete each game in separate runs, but that would change the goal considerably.

Viewers were quick to react to the announcement, with some trolling the former CORE streamer, claiming it will take the two creators months to complete the ambitious marathon. Lacy fired back, stating that both he and Marlon are professional gamers; he stated that Marlon is a pro Minecraft player, while Lacy is an FNCS champion in Fortnite.

It’s important to note that Lacy and Marlon previously did a Minecraft marathon in 2025, which they completed in four days. The marathon was a massive success, with the two reportedly peaking at more than 168,000 viewers. Lacy also hit a personal milestone of 111,000 peak concurrent viewers. Lacy and Marlon also did a Chained Together marathon in 2026, where the two were literally chained together until they beat the game. The duo ended up beating Chained Together in just over 22 hours, with 47 falls.

It remains to be seen how well this upcoming marathon fares in comparison, but one thing is certain: there are multiple gaming marathons that will be streamed soon. So, viewers should have a fair share of content to look forward to on Twitch, where the pair have more than 5 million followers combined.
