KT Rolster vs T1 match analysis

Many assumed that KT Rolster’s impressive performance at last year’s World Championship was a fluke. But the team has already proved that it more than deserves to stand alongside the LCK’s top teams. The team may have had some moments of inconsistency, but its wins against the likes of Hanwha Life Esports and T1 in this split left no room for arguments.

Much of the team’s success has come from Cuzz’s stable jungling. The player’s synergy with Bdd in the middle lane helps KT assert dominance over the entire map, and PerfecT’s improvement as the team’s top laner has been clear. Aiming can occasionally be inconsistent as an ADC, but he pulls through more times than he doesn’t.

By contrast, T1 are the epitome of inconsistency. The team started this split by losing 0-2 against KT, before gradually bouncing back to sit near the top of the rankings. Keria’s status as one of the best supports in the scene helps his team get excellent engages and crowd control, but Doran has been surprisingly passive in this split.

The team used to thrive on its aggressive playing style, so a top laner who shies away from fights could spell trouble for T1. Fortunately for T1, Faker is still dominant in the middle lane and will likely constantly pressure Bdd to pin him to his tower.

Still, between Peyz’s excellent capitalization on opportunities and Oner usually playing for the bottom lane, it wouldn’t be surprising if T1 got an early first blood in this match. Both teams have limited champion pools and are in good states currently, so a back-and-forth is to be expected. Taking the over on 2.5 maps being played may be a good idea, especially considering the potentially high return.

As for the winner, KT may have a better chance of success than some may think. The team has showcased immense growth in just a few months and already beat T1 when the split started. Siding with KT to cause an upset here could be the way to go, especially for those aiming for a higher potential payout for this match.

KT Rolster vs T1 betting picks & predictions

While T1 is the favorite to come out on top in this upcoming match, the team usually doesn’t perform as well when the stakes aren’t too high. Considering T1 and KT have already qualified for Road to MSI, and looking at how the last match between the two teams went, there’s a strong chance that KT will barely come out with a win.
