The 2025 World Championship was the culmination of the effort every professional League of Legends team put in, and KT Rolster stood right near the top. The team will make its first appearance here since losing in the 2025 Worlds grand final to T1, now facing DNS.

Ironically, DN Soopers recruited KT’s former bot-lane duo during the off-season, ensuring that this match will be an interesting one.

KT Rolster vs DNS match overview

Betting tip: While most will likely underestimate DNS, the addition of Deokdam and Peter suggests that the match could go the distance.

Our KT Rolster vs DNS pick: Total maps to be over 2.5 @ 2.92.

KT Rolster vs DNS match analysis

KT’s performance at Worlds was impressive, but the team suffered from a lack of balance. In particular, Bdd and Cuzz did much of the heavy lifting, with Deokdam only occasionally carrying the team to victory. With Deokdam now playing as the ADC for DNS alongside Peter as his support, there’s a good chance that KT may now struggle relative to its strong finish in 2025.

While KT has a strong advantage in the middle lane and jungle, despite DNS picking up Clozer in the mid lane, the other two lanes will be a coin toss. KT’s PerfecT makes enough mistakes in the top lane to struggle against DNS’ DuDu, and both ADCs are inconsistent. Aiming has some impressive matches under his belt, but his tendency to for unnecessarily risky damage, even against supports with hook abilities, could help DNS to win at least one game. And perhaps more.

After the impressive showing at Worlds, KT Rolster will likely start the match on the offensive, intending to get the first blood and first tower bonuses. Between Bdd and Cuzz’s excellent synergy and Aiming’s experience with being aggressive, siding with KT to get first blood may be the right play.

Similarly, Cuzz is an excellent jungler who prioritizes objectives, increasing his team’s chances of getting the early dragons.

Ultimately, the bottom lane will determine the match’s course. Both revamped lanes will need to get accustomed to their respective teams. Since it may take some time for both ADCs to start performing to their full potential, taking the over on 2.5 maps could be a good idea, especially considering the higher potential return on the full three maps being played.

KT’s experience and stronger middle lane could help the team achieve victory, giving it a good start in this split.

KT Rolster vs DNS betting picks & predictions

Roster changes have historically been crucial for pro League of Legends team. Teams at the top have dropped because of incompatible teammates, and vice versa. DNS switched its mid-laner, ADC, and support, which could cause initial problems for the team as the players slowly get comfortable with playing alongside each other on the big stage.

While KT’s own roster changes could help DNS get at least one game, there’s a strong chance that the match will ultimately go to KT.
