KSI Hints at Falling Out With at Least “Some” Sidemen
KSI Hints at Falling Out With at Least “Some” Sidemen
Olajide “KSI” Olayinka Williams Olatunji was arguably the largest name attached to Sidemen, and now that he’s left the collective, it appears some of the members are no longer his friends.
KSI’s exit from Sidemen was the end of an era. He and the boys were renowned for fun whilst creating good memories and building a massive following. When KSI left in May 2026, he’d stated that he was on good terms with
the Sidemen
regardless of his decision to leave. It appears things may have changed, as KSI’s latest comments have sparked speculation about him having had a falling out with the Sidemen.
KSI says he’s only friends with “some” Sidemen members
Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen was recently seen in a Twitch stream alongside KSI. The Core member asked KSI whether he was still friends with Sidemen. KSI responded by saying “some of us are”. Jason tried to dig for more information, but KSI ended the conversation by saying they “weren’t going into specifics”. KSI also stated in the stream that he doesn’t think he will be invited to the next
Sidemen charity match
Jason compared KSI’s friendship with the Sidemen, stating that if Kai Cenat and Bruce “BruceDropEmOff” Condones can
rekindle their friendship
after all these years, then there is a chance for the former as well.

It’s important to note that KSI didn’t explicitly name any specific Sidemen streamer. It’s a possibility that the dynamics have changed between him and the collective, as they aren’t spending as much time together. However, this hasn’t stopped fans from speculating, with some even wondering whether there was something going on behind the scenes that led to KSI leaving Sidemen after 12 years.
Why KSI left Sidemen
KSI had announced his
departure from Sidemen in May 2026, surprising many people. Some fans even questioned whether the collective was pranking them. However, the streamer had stated in a video that he had been thinking about it for a long time. KSI said he had been having issues maintaining a work-life balance.
The group had been collaborating for more than a decade, and KSI had said that it was the hardest decision he ever made. However, KSI didn’t frame his decision as if he had a falling out with the collective. Instead,
the streamer said nothing bad had happened and that Sidemen deserved someone who could give their 100%. He had also claimed that they’d all stay friends forever even though he was leaving the Sidemen.
Despite this, there was some chatter around the time that KSI likely wasn’t happy with the group or its direction, and perhaps wanted to explore solo opportunities.
