Kick streamer lands a super rare hit while playing Limbo

Sometimes luck supersedes carefully curated strategies, and d3_rs’ recent roll found while playing a game called Limbo is certainly proof of that.

d3_rs is a relatively new name in the world of gambling streams, but he’s quickly earning a reputation on Kick with an incredible flash of luck in an unusual betting game. The streamer is known for his ambitious high-risk wagers and sky-high multiplier targets when it comes to gambling, and he surprisingly managed to hit on an outcome that most players would consider near to impossible.

That was the setup here when he opted for a CA$500 Limbo bet. Limbo is a game mode known for its sky-high volatility and near-impossible odds once players start to chase the game’s more extreme multipliers. Little did the streamer know at the time that his casual bet would end up turning his life around, and it would all happen live on stream.

During a recent Kick stream, d3_rs was busy playing Limbo, a high-risk game where players choose a multiplier target and hope that the game’s rocket keeps climbing to reach that multiplier without crashing down. It’s a purely luck-based game, which means that no amount of strategy can save you. You just have to pick a number and cross your fingers as you watch the game’s rocket try to maintain stability while it reaches for the stars.

For this reason, most Limbo players place relatively low bets to keep the odds of success more reasonable. Chasing long odds in Limbo is very often going to result in busting out.

d3_rs, however, chose to go big. He placed a CA$500 bet and locked in a high target multiplier, setting up an extremely low chance of success with a massive potential reward on offer.

At first, the gameplay looked routine, with other spins climbing to modest multipliers like x1.14 and x4.92. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then, in a blink, the rocket soared far beyond its typical levels, and the game actually landed a massive multiplier target of 1,000x, triggering one of the game’s rare massive wins.

d3_rs could barely believe what he was looking at as the game flashed a CA$50,000 return from the CA$500 starting bet, confirming a profit that all but floored the streamer. Viewers were nearly as impressed as d3_rs himself was.

It was essentially the gambling equivalent of winning the lottery, and it was d3_rs’ biggest win in in Limbo so far.
