What Kick Daily Rewards are and how they work
Livestreaming platform Kick has introduced a new feature called Daily Rewards that lets viewers earn rewards simply by watching their favorite streamers.
Kick recently surpassed 100 million users in just three years,
marking a major milestone
for the platform. The company has already outlined plans to further improve the user experience, with co-founders Eddie Craven and Bijan Tehrani discussing initiatives ranging from
reducing gambling-related content
to enhancing the
Kick app. As part of those efforts, Kick has now rolled out Daily Rewards, a feature that lets viewers earn rewards simply by using the platform as they normally would.

Kick introduces daily rewards for just using and watching streams
The feature was announced in an X post alongside a teaser video. While the teaser didn’t reveal many details, it showed viewers clicking a “Claim Reward” button to receive free rewards.
Kick’s accompanying blog post
provided additional information, explaining that Daily Rewards are designed to encourage viewers to spend more time on the platform. According to the post, users can watch whichever streams they want while earning collectibles along the way, giving them an extra incentive to tune in.
The system is straightforward, with a daily watch time tracker displayed while viewers are watching streams. Clicking the tracker shows how much watch time remains before the next reward is unlocked or lets users claim a reward if they’ve met the requirement.
To unlock a Daily Reward, viewers must watch at least one hour of content.
Until then, the “Claim Reward” button remains greyed out. Once the requirement has been met, it turns green and becomes clickable.

After clicking the “Claim Reward” button, viewers are shown a roulette-style animation before their reward is revealed. Rewards reset every day, allowing users to earn another one by meeting the watch time requirement again. The specific reward isn’t revealed until the animation ends, although Kick has confirmed that
the reward pool includes emotes and badges.
The feature has been generally well received by the community, with many users praising Kick for giving viewers something to look forward to while watching streams.
Kick’s Daily Rewards are part of its wider push to improve the platform, with rewarding viewers another step in its ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience.
