he question in this matchup is how DCG could win the series. For that, let’s first look back at CFO back in 2025. CFO shook the world by beating KC at First Stand, then again by establishing themselves as an actual powerhouse for the rest of the year.

The LCP legends won by having fearless players who could skill check their opponents at every turn. Luck would have it, that’s also DCG’s motto.

Deep Cross Gaming has excellent top and mid laners who might well be able to match KC’s in lane. Alongside them, the jungler and marksman will always go for the outplay, even if there’s none. With these assets, they’ll be able to shake KC and get the upper hand on them.

This is where things become complicated. DCG’s strategy is to go for teamfights, then press all buttons better than their opponents, and that’s it. No synergy or special strengths, simply relying on outskilling.

Although it regularly works, KC is one of the best teamfighting teams in the world. Good hands give an advantage, but they will be able to absorb all that pressure and turn it around.

On top of this, there’s the problem of the skill check. DCG shouldn’t worry about the solo lanes, where they can hold their own or even get ahead. However, the two coinflippers are facing Martin “Yike” Sundelin and Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert who will not let them get away with it. Instead, they will happily receive the advantages that DCG will present to them.
