Kai Cenat makes history, wins most awards at The Streamer Awards 2025

Kai Cenat is flying high after his massively successful Mafiathon 3 event, and he has now accomplished a further milestone by winning almost all of the several awards he was nominated for at The Streamer Awards 2025.
Twitch content creator Kai Cenat is arguably the most popular streamer on the platform and one of the most-watched in the livestreaming industry. The streamer is known for his Mafiathon events, which see multiple collaborations with mainstream celebrities and other popular content creators. He reached a new high with Mafiathon 3, smashing many Twitch records in the process. And Kai Cenat has now set another new high for himself by winning the most awards at The Streamer Awards 2025.
Kai Cenat wins four awards at The Streamer Awards
Popular content creator Darren Jason “iShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. managed to swipe the Streamer of the Year award from Kai Cenat, but the Twitch streamer still set a new record for the most awards won by one individual at The Streamer Awards.
Kai Cenat was nominated for a total of five categories at the event, including Best Collab, Best Marathon, Best Streamed Event, Best Just Chatting Streamer, and Streamer of the Year. The Twitch streamer instantly saw wins as he secured the first four awards, raising hope among fans that Kai may also be crowned Streamer of the Year.

Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, as iShowSpeed was ultimately crowned Streamer of the Year for 2025. This marked his second consecutive win since 2024, and iShowSpeed won both the Streamer of the Year and Best IRL Streamer awards in both years. Speed’s win, while a huge accomplishment for the content creator, wasn’t a big surprise for fans. 1xBet had set odds for the Streamer of the Year category at The Streamer Awards 2025, and iShowSpeed was the clear betting favorite even ahead of Kai Cenat.
Kai delivered multiple speeches while collecting each of the four awards he won, but the streamer’s most emotional words were spoken during his first win, the Best Collab award. The Twitch streamer thanked the community that empowers him for voting for him, and he discussed the importance of mental health and his hiatus from streaming after the Mafiathon 3 subathon event came to an end with more streaming records broken.
He revealed his personal turmoil since, mentioned “things going through his head,” and asked that other content creators take care of themselves while navigating the highs of livestreaming at the highest of levels.
