JasonTheWeen Sakura break up

Former FaZe Clan content creator Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen and fellow streamer Sakura Shymko have ended their relationship, sparking speculation among fans about the reason for their break-up.

JasonTheWeen is a popular Twitch streamer who set records during his time with FaZe Clan. He has since joined Clover Boys and is continuing to create popular content, with a boxing event being his most recent large-scale production.

While he may be stable professionally after the recent move, JasonTheWeen has now revealed to fans that he and Sakura are no longer together. Here’s what we know.

JasonTheWeen and Sakura break up for second time, and it may be final

This isn’t the first time JasonTheWeen and Sakura have called it quits, but fans think this may be the final end for their public relationship.

JasonTheWeen tweeted a picture stating that the break-up was mutual and the two will support each other in moving forward. The Twitch streamer requested that fans respect the pair’s privacy and expressed gratitude for the time the couple spent together.

Fan reaction to the news was instant, with many supporting JasonTheWeen and asking the streamer to take things easy following the move.

Others questioned whether the breakup has anything to do with former pro Valorant player Tyson “TenZ” Ngo and popular Valorant streamer Kyedae Shymko’s relationship ending. Sakura and Kyedae are sisters, and many found the timing strange that both had ended their relationships publicly within 24 hours of each other.

JasonTheWeen has expressed his support for Kyedae after her breakup, so fans are even more confused about what went wrong. Many asked the streamer to explain why the relationship ended.

JasonTheWeen didn’t disclose the exact reason for his break-up with Sakura, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating. An old clip of Sakura has been shared across social media, in which fans speculate that she is flirting with Jason’s cameraman. Other fans wonder whether one or the other may have cheated. All of this remains unfounded, and JasonTheWeen refuted the allegations in a stream, stating directly that “no one cheated.”

He also said that the timing aligning with TenZ and Kyedae’s breakup is purely coincidental and the two streamers plan on remaining friends “once the feelings settle.” It’s just another twist for the streamer following what was also a very public break-up for FaZe Clan’s streamer roster.

This isn’t the first time JasonTheWeen and Sakura have broken up, as their relationship reportedly ended in August 2025. JasonTheWeen had addressed the situation during a livestream, claiming there was no wrongdoing involved and that the couple had resumed their relationship in October. This current break-up seems to be more final, and fans are expressing doubt that the couple will reunite again.
