iShowSpeed ends Caribbean Tour strongly — here’s what’s next for the YouTuber

Darren “iShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. has ended his Caribbean Tour, one in which he visited different countries, set many records, and was watched for millions of hours in what was a resounding success.
iShowSpeed’s first action that went viral during the Caribbean Tour was him handing out food. The streamer is known for his generous nature, so that wasn’t surprising; however, viewers were shocked when rumors started circulating that he was given Guadeloupean citizenship, which turned out to be incorrect.
But what’s interesting is this wasn’t even the most incredulous part of the tour, as iShowSpeed revealed that his Dominican Republic stream was viewbotted to over 1.9 million live concurrent viewers. The streamer has now wrapped things up, ending the tour by doing something unique in the final stream, interacting with marine life.
iShowSpeed feeds sharks before ending the Caribbean Tour
The American streamer picked up a new hobby while shooting this recently finished IRL tour — underwater streaming. iShowSpeed reportedly became the first to livestream himself scuba diving while talking to his chat, but it appears that wasn’t enough for him. He started the Bahamas stream as usual, but things took an unexpected turn when he was once again submerged in the water.
This time, he was swimming alongside sharks and even fed them. The creator reportedly became the first livestreamer to do something like this, and made things more interesting by doing backflips into the water with sharks and also opening a treasure chest on the ocean bed that contained green apples.

iShowSpeed visited 15 countries during the tour, with some becoming especially notable. Dominica, for instance, flooded before iShowSpeed’s stream, so he pledged to donate that specific broadcast’s revenue to the country. Meanwhile, he took the world’s longest zip-line in Puerto Rico. The Dominican Republic stream went viral for breaking a viewership record, but ended up creating a feud between iShowSpeed and Esmelin “Alofoke” Santiago Matías García.

iShowSpeed’s fans claim that the streamer is one of the most innovative creators in the world, and the numbers his streams generate certainly back this up. According to StreamsCharts, iShowSpeed was watched for 7.8 million hours on Twitch and YouTube combined. He also peaked at 1.92 million concurrent viewers on YouTube and roughly 109,000 on Twitch. The YouTube stat is disputed, with iShowSpeed claiming the views are fake, and his number-one livestream for peak live concurrent viewership is still the Indonesian one.
iShowSpeed says won’t tour Canada, will travel US again
The YouTuber was asked when he would visit Canada, and iShowSpeed didn’t mince words when replying. He responded that he loves Canadians but will never go to the country. The streamer elaborated that the reason is that his grandfather was killed by a Canadian in a war. Fans were divided on the matter, with some claiming iShowSpeed can have feelings about a country because of how someone from there changed his life. Others claimed the streamer was being childish by holding a grudge for something that happened hundreds of years ago.
Regardless, iShowSpeed has already revealed that he plans to tour the United States once again during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This was met with enthusiasm by fans, who want to see how the American streamer adds his unique flavor to the most-awaited football event.
