Here's how to best play the Sugar Rush 1000 slot
The Sugar Rush series of slots has long been among the most popular available to play online, and we’ve got the info players need on how best to play the latest iteration: Sugar Rush 1000, by Pragmatic Play.
Those with a sweet tooth and a desire to spin the reels may be craving more candy-themed slots after the success of Pragmatic Play’s previous Sugar Rush games. Fortunately for them, Sugar Rush 1000 is here to fulfill that wish with its colorful symbols, upbeat music, and winning potential.
The slot also has multiple features that can help players win big if they get lucky. From a number of bonus buy options to a bonus game that players can trigger by rolling scatter symbols, here’s how to best play the Sugar Rush 1000 slot.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with the Sugar Rush 1000 slot
Sugar Rush 1000 takes the other candy-based slots by Pragmatic Play and ups the stakes while increasing the potential winnings. Played on a 7×7 grid, the slot uses cluster pays instead of traditional paylines, ensuring that wins only occur when five or more symbols connect horizontally or vertically.

To make it so that every spin can result in multiple wins, symbols that are part of winning combinations disappear, allowing new symbols to then drop in. This tumble feature pairs with the 96.53% RTP, a fairly average number for most modern online slots.
All of this doesn’t mean that players should expect multiple wins on each and every spin. The Sugar Rush 1000 slot is highly volatile, which means that there could be some dry periods where the wins just don’t seem to be there. The wins that do come, however, have a real chance of being substantial, with the max win on Sugar Rush 1000 going up to 25,000x the initial bet.
The slot is understandably extremely colorful. Vibrant shades of colors such as orange, purple, and green mark symbols that are shaped after candies such as gummy bears and other delicious treats. The uplifting music constantly playing in the background adds to the good vibes of this sweet slot.
All Sugar Rush 1000 slot mechanics and features
Aside from the tumble mechanics, knowing how best to play Sugar Rush 1000 means getting familiar with its multiple features that aim to increase how much players can win, and alter how they can do so.
Winning symbols leave multiplier spots after disappearing. The multiplier increases as additional winning combinations are found on the same spot, with multipliers climbing up to 1,024x. Stacking these multipliers goes a long way towards building up to meaningful results on the slot.
The slot’s free spins bonus is at the heart of Sugar Rush 1000. Landing more than three scatter symbols triggers this bonus game, giving players between ten and thirty free spins, depending on how many scatter symbols appear.

When the bonus game is triggered, the multiplier spots remain sticky throughout the ensuing free spins. This makes it more likely for players to see bigger and better multipliers, increasing the potential of hitting the game’s max win amount. Rolling more than three scatter symbols during the bonus game rewards players with even more free spins, keeping the fun going.
Those who don’t want to rely purely on luck when triggering these bonus games can use the slot’s bonus buy feature to trigger it manually at an additional cost. The super free spins bonus buy option uses the same mechanics as the basic bonus round, but with a starting x2 multiplier, making it easier to find larger multipliers if the reels shake out just right.
The best way to play Sugar Rush 1000 is assuredly through its bonus games given the greater winning potential within them, but players should be aware that triggering the games manually will come at a much steeper upfront cost relative to the base betting amount. It’s a classic risk-reward scenario that many modern slots employ through such bonus buy opportunities.
The Sugar Rush 1000 slot may share many features with other popular candy-based slots, but it has more than enough to stand out on its own. Whether players are just looking for a good time playing a fun slot, or want to spin the reels on a game that has the potential for a massive max win, this game could be a good bet.
Sugar Rush 1000 is available to play on Stake, and our Stake review shows the platform to be one of the best spots available online for playing slots and other betting games like this one.
