How to play and get the most out of the Airstrike slot

Using fruits and candies for symbols on a slot isn’t exactly a revolutionary idea. In fact, it’s one of the most overdone themes in the genre, and yet bettors still keep coming back to it. Airstrike gameplay and features
Airstrike has an RTP of 96.34%, which puts it in line with other contemporary high-volatility cluster slots. Played on a 6-reel, 5-row grid, Airstrike is an extremely volatile slot that uses a cluster-pays system, which means wins are landed by getting matching symbols anywhere on the board. These wins are then chained together by tumbles, which are triggered by clusters that clear old symbols and drop new ones.
The base game revolves around multiplier tiles that appear beneath winning symbols, multiplying their values by two. If another winning connection lands over or adjacent to these tiles, they double with each new connection or when affected by an Airstrike, scaling up to a maximum of 1024x. Feature Badges can appear on any board position and only activate if a winning symbol lands directly on that tile. On its own, a badge does nothing. It must be hit by a win to trigger its effect, which makes timing and placement important.

Some Feature Badges activate instantly, such as the +FS badge that adds between one and five extra free spins during a bonus round, the Wild badge that places a wild symbol in its position, and the max win badge, which immediately awards the maximum win and ends the round.
Airstrike’s features are simple, but hard to land, but Airplane badges are the easy secret to triggering big payouts in this cluster slot. Airplane badges are collected and trigger after all tumbles finish, allowing wins between strikes:
- Yellow Plane: Bombs a random 3×3 area and doubles multipliers inside it
- Blue Plane: Bombs a 3×3 area, doubles multipliers, then further doubles individual tiles up to five times
- Red Plane: Wipes the entire board and doubles all multiplier tiles up to three times
Bonus Boost Mode can be activated for 2x the bet to triple the chance of triggering free spins. Players can also buy bonuses directly or enter Bonus Buy Battle, a head-to-head bonus mode against Billy the Bully, where the higher bonus payout takes the full reward.
But not everything is behind an additional bet. Bettors can also score free spins by simply landing bonus symbols if they’re lucky.
