TheBurntPeanut in Fortnite Chapter 7

Wondering how to find TheBurntPeanut in Fortnite? You’re not alone. The streamer is the latest high-profile collaboration in the game, but it’s a little different this time. Instead of being a skin or an NPC, the streamer is a Sprite. These are relatively new to the game, so if you’re wondering about that or where TheBurntPeanut is, we’ve got you covered.

Where is TheBurntPeanut in Fortnite?

TheBurntPeanut is one of the most unique crossovers in the game’s history. He is a Sprite that drops from chests, can be found walking around the map, or is opened in purple Sprite Chests. If an enemy has him equipped, you can also eliminate that player and take the Sprite.

The drop rate for this particular Sprite is 1.5%, so it’s ridiculously hard to find this season. That’s about the chance that a Legendary weapon will drop from a normal chest.

After you do find the Sprite, you will need to save him. Extraction Sites are marked on the map, and you can find them near most POIs. After activating a site, a crate will drop that you can store all the Sprites in.

TheBurntPeanut can then be brought back in subsequent games. You can also use the Sprite as a pilot for a mech skin unlocked via the Battle Pass, so in a roundabout way, there is a skin for the prominent streamer. It’s just hard to get.

What does TheBurntPeanut Sprite do?

Sprites are equippable companions in Fortnite that can provide various boons to you while you play. Some regenerate shields, grant invisibility, or provide extra loot.

TheBurntPeanut Sprite is one that provides extra loot, but it’s a pretty low chance. There is a chance you can get Mythic loot this way, but again, it’s extremely uncommon. It also only happens on elimination, so if you’re not an aggressive player, the benefits might not be very helpful.
