The team has showcased impressive 2-0 wins against Gen.G, KT Rolster, and Dplus KIA, comfortably placing it at the top of the current split’s rankings.

Much of HLE’s success is thanks to Kanavi’s impact in the jungle. His top-jungle synergy alongside Zeus is extremely strong, and it really helps that Gumayusi has finally settled into his role as HLE’s ADC. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that HLE may have the strongest bottom lane in the region currently, especially with Delight’s game-changing initiations as a support.

KT Rolster started the split strong, but the team has been inconsistent. Despite being one of the strongest teams in the region currently, the aggressive early-game strategy backfires if the opposing team comes prepared. Still, between Cuzz’s stable jungling and Bdd’s leadership from the middle lane, the team’s performance remains fairly strong.

This early game aggression has helped KT secure multiple first kills, and it wouldn’t be surprising if the same were to happen in this match. Because of this, siding with KT to get first blood could be a good idea, especially considering the decent potential return.

Ultimately, KT Rolster hasn’t shown anything that suggests the team will be able to perform well against the current HLE. Between Gumayusi’s high carry potential and Zeus’ recent dominance in the top lane, there’s a strong chance that HLE will win the match without conceding a single game. This means that taking the under on 2.5 maps may be the way to go.
