Here’s everything about the 67 challenge — including best streamer times
The 67 challenge is the latest rage among streamers, and we can now reveal the top scores by some of the most popular content creators.
Streamers are always trying to go viral, and what better way to do that than by taking part in something that is already trending? The 67 challenge is relatively new, but it gained substantial notoriety, and several content creators tried the challenge. Content creators have previously taken part in viral trends, including Only Up! and Suika Game, with the latter being the most similar to the 67 challenge.
Here’s what the 67 challenge is and a list of some of the best scores earned by streamers.
What is the 67 challenge?
The 67 challenge is the recent trend that many top streamers are showcasing on their channels.
The challenge essentially requires the player to perform as many arm pumps as possible during 20 seconds.
Many top streamers, such as Adin Ross,
Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen, and Emily “ExtraEmily” Zhang, have taken part in the challenge. This influx of content creators has made the game go viral, and even the livestreaming platform Twitch gave it a
shoutout on X.

The challenge itself is straightforward:
- Open the 67 Speed website
- Connect a webcam, so your movements can be tracked
- Stand in front of the webcam with elbows bent
- Move your hands up and down for 20 seconds
- The website will track your movements, and input will be added to your score
