Hanwha Life Esports vs T1 match analysis

HLE’s recent wins against teams such as Gen.G, KT Rolster, and T1 are reason enough to side with the team in this match. It comfortably grabbed the highest spot in the recent LCK split, and it wouldn’t be surprising if it wins this match against T1, despite the betting odds being extremely close.

Kanavi is a reliable jungler who shines thanks to his excellent synergy with his top laner, Zeus. Gumayusi may not have the seemingly unstoppable Keria supporting him in the bottom lane, but Delight has showcased game-changing initiations that should help the ADC win against T1’s Peyz more often than not. Zeka hasn’t stood out much this season, but he’s reliable enough to give Faker a run for his money without feeding the Unkillable Demon King.

Speaking of Faker, his presence is felt in every lane throughout most games, and this time likely won’t be any different. He also has the reliable Oner to ensure the middle and bottom lanes have the support they need to excel. Unfortunately for T1, the team’s top laner, Doran, still occasionally stumbles. While he’s an excellent player, he sometimes makes questionable plays that could make T1’s top lane a coin toss.

Both teams have shown highs and lows recently, though HLE is clearly the more reliable of the two. Siding with Hanwha Life to win the match and qualify for MSI may be a good idea. This doesn’t mean that things will be easy, as there’s a strong chance that the match may go the distance, suggesting that you may want to take the over on 4.5 games. Considering the high potential return, it may not be too bad an idea.
