Gemhalla win gives Kick streamer Rydurz a reason to celebrate

Kick streamer Rydurz had been stuck in a recent dry spell with online slots, but his latest run on the Gemhalla slot finally snapped the drought and showed that persistence can pay off in a big way.

Fans had gone a minute without seeing Rydurz launch into one of his signature celebrations, but Gemhalla finally gave him something worth yelling about. During a recent Kick streaming session, the Viking-themed slot lined up a late bonus opportunity that snapped Rydurz’s cold streak and delivered a win big enough to keep him feeling good for some time to come. The money was nice, sure, but viewers most clearly enjoyed the part where the streamer lost his mind in real time yet again.

Gemhalla isn’t the type of slot that hands out its wins easily, which is exactly why Rydurz losing it over his big hit was so well-earned.

How Rydurz landed a lucky win in Gemhalla

BGaming’s Gemhalla is a slot inspired by Nordic mythology that runs on a cluster pays setup that can explode out of nowhere, but its high volatility means it’s prone to dry spells between the big hits it can provide. So when Rydurz started the slot up in search of a payout, everyone watching knew it would be either a big result or another slow session.

Thankfully, Rydurz was having a lucky day this time, and that luck paid off huge.

The streamer began his game while streaming on Roobet, with a $15 base bet and 20 free spins ready to go. Gemhalla’s main feature during its free spins is its global multiplier system, tracked on a golden coin on the left of the reels.

At first, that multiplier was set at modest levels, but each and every successful cluster-and-tumble interaction added to it further. As the bonus progressed, the multiplier kept snowballing, jumping to x210 and later x215 right on the coin for everyone watching live on Kick to see.

A $7,500 hit finally showed signs of life, but the screen hinted that Rydurz could be making even more if he pushed further.

Gemhalla then tossed in a few extra free spins, buying the Kick streamer precious time to let those clusters stack and the multiplier breathe a little. It was the exact thing he needed things to keep rolling

By the end of the sequence, Gemhalla turned that stacked multiplier and those nonstop cluster chains into a $13,000 finish, displayed as 862× bet result, which absolutely justified Rydurz’s full-on freak-out live on stream. The streamer finally looked like himself again, yelling, spinning in his chair, and proving that one great bonus run is all it takes to flip a slow series of sessions into an exhilirating victory.
