G2’s most recent surprising show of skill was the team’s win against BLG here at Worlds, as the LPL team was one of the favorites to win the entire tournament. FlyQuest has itself secured two wins in the ongoing event, but hasn’t managed to beat any real powerhouse teams just yet.

G2’s earned confidence after defeating BLG will likely ensure that it isn’t afraid to make aggressive plays in the first game against FlyQuest. This suggests that G2 may secure first blood and even victory on the first map, both betting picks that have decent returns.
