YourRage Greg

Joshua “YourRage” Maynard shocked fans when he announced in a post on X that his best friend, Greg, had betrayed him after more than two decades of friendship.

YourRage is a massively popular streamer known for his reaction videos, collaborations with other creators like Kai Cenat, and entertaining gaming streams, boasting over 2 million followers on Twitch. The streamer also won James “MrBeast” Donaldson’s 50-streamer competition earlier this year.

His association with Greg has never been a secret, as the two have appeared together in multiple videos and streams, and YourRage has often referred to him as a close friend. That’s why fans were left stunned when YourRage became emotional while explaining how Greg had betrayed him.

YourRage emotionally alleged that Greg stole from him

In a video shared on X, YourRage alleged that Greg had “stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars” from him. The streamer said he had provided Greg with housing, money, and “endless jobs,” but was still betrayed by his friend of 25 years. Greg also appeared in the video wearing only his boxers and crying.

Some viewers speculated that Greg’s appearance suggested he may have been physically assaulted by YourRage. Fellow streamer Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen also reacted to the video, calling Greg “slimy” and asking whether YourRage had punched him. However, there is no verified evidence that YourRage physically assaulted Greg, and those claims remain unconfirmed. A clip circulating online from earlier in the confrontation also showed the streamer confronting Greg.

YourRAGE Greg

YourRage was visibly emotional in the video, even crying, when he accused his friend of stealing at least $50,000 and taking his dog. He stated that he would do anything for Greg and was even there for him when he was jailed. According to YourRage, he later let Greg live with him rent-free after he became homeless, and Greg had been living in his home for about a year. Greg tried defending himself by saying the streamer had given him a “card”. YourRage questioned why he had given his friend the card, to which Greg admitted he was “wrong”. The creator then told Greg to get out of the house and not come near him again or attempt to contact him.

Fans reacted to the revelation quickly, with some sharing clips showing YourRage being generous to his friend. One such clip showed YourRage buying Greg about $15,000 worth of clothes and gifting him $5,000 in cash. As a result, many viewers argued that, if YourRage’s allegations are true, Greg’s actions showed ingratitude despite the support he had received over the years. However, others remained skeptical, questioning whether YourRage was serious or if the two friends were simply trolling the community.
