FaZe drama continues with claims of eviction from streamer house

FaZe house eviction

FaZe Clan’s streaming activities may have ended, but the group’s former are still streaming together, and a recent broadcast that included Alexander “Adapt” Hamilton Prynkiewicz, Marlon “Mar3lg” Lundgren Garcia, and Nick “Lacy” Fosco ended abruptly after they claimed to have been notified of their eviction from the famous FaZe streaming house.

2025 was seemingly a great year for the FaZe Clan, as it saw almost all the major streamers of the content organization reach the top 10 on Twitch’s most-subscribed list. The content creators surprised fans when they started to leave the organization back-to-back on Christmas morning. Many speculated that it was a prank at the time, as the FaZe streamers are known for their joking nature, but it was ultimately confirmed that FaZe Clan’s streaming sector was indeed shutting down.

Things have been mostly drama-free among the streamers since then, but now three ex-FaZe Clan members have made the news after claiming they’re apparently being driven out of the organization’s streaming house.

What happened to the FaZe house?

While the FaZe Clan streamers had parted ways with the organization, they were still streaming from the FaZe house when news seemingly came down that they were being evicted from the residence. They may have to find other accommodations after the landlord seemingly asked them to vacate the FaZe house.

Viewers were left dumbfounded after Adapt expressed anger at having to leave the FaZe house just after he’d finished building a home gym. The streamer was live in a broadcast with Lacy and Marlon, but the stream was cut short after the group stated they were notified that they’re being evicted from the FaZe house.

Jerry “Silky” Woo also discussed the situation in a stream, stating that the “eviction is part of the process.” The reaction of viewers was quick, with many questioning why the landlord would evict them if they were still paying for the property. Others again wondered whether Adap, Lacy, and Marlon were playing a prank, something the ex-FaZe streamers are notorious for.

The claim of an eviction from the FaZe streaming house being processed remain unverified, but the streamers’ strong reactions on the streams have led to many viewers believing they may not be joking.

Fellow streamer organization OSCS Central even tweeted to offer their humble residence to the ex-FaZe content creators if they needed a place in an emergency. While some found this offer to be generous, others claimed the streamers have enough money already to find alternative accommodations, if needed.

The house rental arrangements and the validity of the eviction claims remain up in the air, but it’s very possible the landlord had an agreement with FaZe Clan rather than with its streamers. If that is the case, the content creators would have had to get a new or revised lease in their names to continue renting the property. If such an arrangement couldn’t be made, then it’s possible the landlord has served them a notice to vacate the premises for that reason.
