She read the synposis and revealed to her viewers that she isn’t sure about the content of the show and what will be featured in the episodes.

The show doesn’t only feature ExtraEmily, as the streamer frequently broadcasts collaborations. Other creators who will appear in the show include Din “Agent” Muktar, Brittany “Cinna” Lynn Watts, T10Nat, and even Emily’s dad. Viewers’ reactions have been mixed to this development, with some joking that Hulu is falling off, as the platform didn’t hire a major creator and instead went with Emily, who has a dedicated following on Twitch but is not, until now, as widely known as iShowSpeed, for example, who has become a household name since the 2026 World Cup. However, some fans are hopeful that this show may open more opportunities for Emily if it’s successful.
Despite the contrast in fans’ opinions, it’s clear the mainstream video platforms are taking a creator-focused approach, and ExtraEmily may not be the last streamer to get her own show.
