Exclusive interview: M2THAK on his rise in casino streaming

Kick streamer and YouTuber Mourad “M2THAK” Kadmiri has become a prominent figure in the online gambling scene, building a large community across platforms and gaining a reputation for being a man of many talents.
With streams showcasing his musical ability and a penchant for viral pranks, M2THAK has now become known for thrilling casino content that has seen him land some major wins. He also has 3.9m followers on Instagram.
In an exclusive interview with WIN.gg, the streamer discussed his career so far, the motivations behind his content, and the advice he has for anyone looking to break into casino streaming.
WIN.gg: Take us back to the beginning — tell us about your career to date. What was your first ever job, and how did your journey into casino streaming start?
M2THAK: I’ve been doing this for a very long time. I didn’t suddenly appear when casino streaming became popular. I come from the early internet era, before the creator economy became what it is today. I’ve spent years building audiences, creating content, making music, developing brands, and understanding what truly captures attention.
I started becoming recognized at a young age and built my name long before streaming platforms became what they are today. I’ve watched multiple generations of the internet evolve, and I’ve adapted with each one.
Casino streaming happened because I saw an opportunity. Everyone was sitting in the same room, with the same setup and the same formula. I wasn’t interested in following a formula. I wanted to create experiences. I wanted people to feel like they were riding with me rather than watching somebody sit in a chair.
M2THAK LIVE became more than gambling content: It became entertainment, production, and real-world experiences combined into one.
WIN.gg: When did you realise that M2THAK was really taking off?
M2THAK: For me, it wasn’t hearing my name for the first time because I’d already spent years building audiences and creating content. The moment I realized M2THAK was becoming something bigger was when people stopped showing up for a single video or a single moment and started showing up for the brand itself.
When people are following the journey instead of one moment, you’re building something bigger than content.
WIN.gg: Was there one particular stream, win, or viral moment that changed everything for your growth?
M2THAK: For me, it wasn’t one particular win. Big wins are exciting, but they come and go.
I think what changed things was showing people a different type of streaming experience. Going live from iconic locations, creating real-world moments, and making the audience feel like they were actually part of the experience instead of just watching spins happen on a screen.

WIN.gg: What thought process and considerations do you have when it comes to streaming a game?
M2THAK: Entertainment always comes first. I think about pacing, audience interaction, and creating moments people remember. Anybody can press a button and spin a game. I think about suspense, reactions, and moments that people want to clip and share.
WIN.gg: Do you ever miss the simplicity that came with creating pranking content on YouTube versus having to rely more on luck with online gambling?
M2THAK: There was definitely something special about the simplicity of the early days. You could wake up with an idea and make it happen.
But entertainment evolves. I’ve always believed creators either adapt or disappear. I still bring that same mindset into streaming because I don’t want to only be a gambling streamer. I want to create experiences people remember.
WIN.gg: You’ve streamed from some unique places, including in front of the Las Vegas sign. What challenges and thoughts come with producing content at such a scale?
M2THAK: People see the finished stream, but they don’t see everything happening behind the scenes.
Internet issues, cameras, lighting, batteries, audio, coordinating a crew, and making sure everything works in real-world environments is completely different from streaming in a room.
But that’s also what makes it exciting because viewers feel like they’re experiencing it with you.
WIN.gg: Casino streaming has changed massively in recent years with crypto casinos, Kick, and bigger sponsorships. How different is the landscape now compared to when you started?
M2THAK: It’s completely different. Streaming has become an actual industry now. Production levels are higher, audiences are larger, and brands understand the power creators have.
You’re not just competing with casino streamers anymore. You’re competing with every form of entertainment on the internet.
WIN.gg: At the stage you’re in and looking at your content across all platforms, do you consider yourself a content creator, entertainer, or entrepreneur?
M2THAK: All three. Content creator is where it started. Entertainer is naturally who I am. Entrepreneur is how I think.
I’ve always looked at content as something bigger than views. I look at building brands, building opportunities, and building long-term value.
WIN.gg: Authenticity is one of the biggest debates in gambling content at the moment. Do accusations around fake money or unrealistic setups frustrate you?
M2THAK: The internet will always have opinions; I think audiences today are smart. People connect with real personalities and real reactions. My focus has always been creating content and creating experiences people enjoy.

WIN.gg: How do you balance making high-stakes bets with constantly keeping things entertaining?
M2THAK: Big bets don’t automatically create entertainment. After all, it’s unrealistic to make insane bets every time. Personality creates entertainment. Storytelling creates entertainment. Energy creates entertainment.
You can make a massive bet and still have a boring stream.
WIN.gg: Do you think streamers in this industry need to make high bets to gain a sizable audience?
M2THAK: No. Big bets can create excitement, but people stay because of personality and connection. If somebody only has money but doesn’t have a personality, people won’t stay for long.
WIN.gg: Your collaboration with BC.Game has seemingly pushed your growth to the max. How did this partnership come to be?
M2THAK: I think they saw something different. They are focused on game changers, real talent, not just an influencer bringing sign-ups to the platform, but a real needle mover in exposure.
I wasn’t trying to become a copy of somebody else. I wanted to bring a different energy and create real-world experiences around streaming.
When visions align naturally, great partnerships happen.
WIN.gg: The iGaming industry will only continue to grow from here. What advice would you give to streamers who are just now dipping their toes into streaming online gambling content?
M2THAK: Don’t copy everyone else. The biggest mistake new creators make is chasing somebody else’s formula. Find your own identity because audiences connect with originality.
WIN.gg: Where do you see both your own content and casino streaming as a whole heading over the next few years?
M2THAK: I think streaming becomes more immersive. I think audiences want to feel like they’re actually there rather than watching from a distance. Better production, real-world experiences, and stronger communities are where things are heading.
For M2THAK LIVE, I want to continue pushing boundaries and creating experiences people haven’t seen before.
