Ethan Klein sues Noah Samsen, here’s what we know
Ethan Klein sues Noah Samsen, here’s what we know
H3 Podcast streamer Ethan Klein is back with another lawsuit, and this time, he’s suing Noah Samsen for defamation.
Ethan Klein is a veteran content creator who has amassed a large fan following. The streamer’s H3 Podcast is where he broadcasts his political content, which has led to him butting heads with other creators. He has even had to sue some of them because of how bad the situations got.
Ethan Klein has now revealed on his podcast that he has filed a lawsuit against fellow streamer Noah Samsen
and also delved into the details.
Why is Ethan Klein suing Noah Samsen?
Ethan Klein alleges that Noah Samsen has levied false accusations against him, harming his reputation, which is why he has filed a defamation lawsuit.
Klein revealed in his podcast that Noah has repeatedly accused him of “being pro-genocide,” calling it is a “heinous accusation” that has damaged his reputation.
The content creator elaborated that Samsen had also created a video that showed YouTubers who apparently supported genocide, and it also featured Ethan.
The streamer revealed that he filed the lawsuit the day before the statute of limitations for defamation claims, also reiterating that it was a horrible accusation. Ethan Klein also said, “I sue those who deserve it,” denying that his litigation is focused on women.

The streamer elaborated that it was a coincidence that the three streamers he had previously sued for copyright infringement were all females. He also stated that he had “made a promise a year ago” that he would sue Noah.
This isn’t the first lawsuit Ethan Klein has filed against someone.
Ethan Klein filed a copyright lawsuit against multiple streamers in 2025, including Kaceytron. The lawsuit with Kaceytron was ultimately settled, and Ethan was given a
public apology. Klein has also been on the other side of lawsuits, having been sued multiple times.
Matt Hoss sued Klein for copyright infringement in 2016, but the court ultimately ruled in Ethan’s favor, and the video was protected as fair use. The streamer was also sued by Ryan Kavanaugh in 2021 for defamation, but the two settled. Klein has also previously had
beef with popular streamer Adin Ross, with the pair sharing insults during streams.
