Erobb & Britt divorce leads to alleged custody battle, details leaked
Erobb & Britt divorce leads to alleged custody battle, details leaked
Brittany “Britt” Alexander’s Twitch channel has leaked information about an alleged custody battle she’s embroiled in with her divorced ex-partner, fellow streamer Eric “Erobb221” Robbins.
Erobb is a popular streamer who is best-known for his League of Legends and JustChatting streams. The streamer was in a relationship with Britt that started in 2013 and the duo had become a fan-beloved couple for seemingly withstanding the test of time. In 2024, it came as a shock to many viewers when Britt and Erobb announced their divorce. During the same period, Erobb announced a
break from streaming.
The separation was a major point of speculation among fans as the duo was a prominent streamer couple. Erobb was blamed for potentially cheating in leading to the breakup, while other reports suggested that the couple simply weren’t a match and were only remaining together for their child. Whatever the reason was for Britt and Erobb’s divorce, apparently the two are now
embroiled in a heated custody battle.
Leaked details on Britt and Erobb custody battle
Leaked documents allege that Britt is seeking the primary decision-making powers in her ongoing custody battle with Erobb, and is also requesting that Erobb’s estate be liable in case of the latter’s death.
Britt apparently wants to be the sole decision-maker in everything related to the couple’s daughter, Emerson Rae Robbins. This includes her permanent residence being restricted to Fayette County, Kentucky, as well as the child’s school enrollment. Britt is also allegedly demanding that Erobb provide child support and medical support as specified by the court. The streamer further wants the payments to continue to be made from his estate in the case of his untimely death.

Some viewers have speculated that Britt may not have purposefully broadcasted the live stream that leaked the documents. They think her channel was hacked and that a malicious third party may have leaked the legal documents. Other viewers claim that the streamer was trying to record her screen and accidentally went live on Twitch.
The real reason for the live stream and the validity of the documents remain unconfirmed. But regardless of the reason for the leak, it does reveal that Britt isn’t playing around and has serious demands of Erobb.
Erobb returned to streaming after his break but things haven’t always looked bright for the streamer since.
Twitch banned him
in January and he announced another break in March. The streamer’s latest break was after Erobb and Britt got into a public altercation on Twitch. A few days after the public feud, Britt announced that
she suffered a miscarriage
and that Erobb was the father. She claimed Erobb knew everything about it, but he has declined to comment on the situation.
