As one of the most popular streamers on Kick and from his home nation of Peru, Andy Dante “ElZeein” Merino Ramirez consistently draws in viewers in with engaging streams online and a variety of antics offline that have built and maintained a large and loyal fan following.
Content creator ElZeein has been making videos for over a decade, accruing millions of combined fans and followers across various online platforms. He’s now made his primary home on Kick, and he is taking the livestreaming platform by storm. With no shortage of new material, fresh collaborations, and more, it’s not hard to see why and how ElZeein has attracted such a large audience and become arguably the most popular streamer in all of Peru.
Spanish is one of the most popular languages on Kick, and the Spanish-speaking ElZeein is cornering that market quickly. Here’s what to know about him and the content that has driven his popularity to where it sits today.
Streamer ElZeein is one of the top creators from Peru and on Kick
Hailing from Peru, ElZeein is highly followed across the internet but most prominently on Kick, where he has carved out a spot as one of the top most popular streamers.
The creator first began streaming on YouTube in 2011 under the name Andynsane. Despite having over two million followers on that successful account, he stopped posting there in 2020 as he moved some of his content to Twitch. ElZeein has since reversed course, ditching Twitch and returning to his original stomping grounds of YouTube under his current handle to get back to his roots as a content creator.
ElZeein’s most active following is now on Kick, where he has over 900,000 followers. He frequently streams in the Just Chatting, Grand Theft Auto, and Slots & Casinos categories. He has also put on a variety of special events on the platform to promote himself and his fellow Spanish-speaking Kick streamers.
In November 2024, ElZeein hosted and streamed a Peruvian cooking contest on Kick. Released over the space of a week, the resulting winners were other Kick streamers Renato “Butisito” and Diego “Macarius” Carbajal. Other major events would follow in 2025, including an amateur boxing event called Golden Night and a Dota 2 esports tournament called El Zeinternational.
ElZeein recently became a Stake Peru brand ambassador, showing his continued reach and influence in his home country.

Both during his previous time on Twitch and now on Kick, ElZeein has carved out a clear spot for himself as the most popular streamer from Peru. On Kick specifically, his followers have netted him a position as one of the top 15 streamers on the platform overall. He falls just behind a small number of other hugely popular Spanish-speaking streamers, including Luis Fernando “WestCol” Alvarez Villa, who sets the bar high with a record 3.4 million followers on Kick.
ElZeein’s pursues screen roles, books, Kings League
When not streaming on Kick, ElZeein keeps busy with artistic and athletic endeavors, ranging from various creative projects to a spot in the hugely popular Kings League.
ElZeein has dipped his toes into creative prospects offline as well as online. In 2016, he made his on-screen debut in the Peruvian film Calichin. He has additionally has published two books in his native Peru: 50 Ideas to Do on Your Vacation and This May Hurt Your Feelings. He has even contributed musically, as ElZeein released a song in 2025 called “Las Bonitas Con Las Bonitas” that was made available on multiple large streaming services.
The creator has also joined other streamers like Mofareh “Drb7h” Al Asiri to become president of a Kings League team, the seven-on-seven football organization that has become a global graze. ElZeein is co-president of the Mexican team Persas FC in Kings League, which has previously taken third place in the region.
When not hosting special events, ElZeein tends to stream for a few hours every day on whichever game or discussion topic that he feels like getting into with his followers.
As the most popular Peruvian streamer to date and one of the top streamers on Kick, it’s likely that his audience and fame will only keep growing in and around Peru. Maybe it will even motivate him to release another new song.
