Drake has officially announced an upcoming gambling stream with popular Kick streamer Adin Ross, featuring $1 million worth of giveaways.

Adin Ross is one of the best-known and sometimes controversial streamers in the industry. The content creator has collaborated with many popular figures, including United States President Donald Trump. Adin Ross is a huge Drake fan and in December 2024 the two collaborated on the Drizzmas Giveaway, which featured many giveaways and was touted as the “biggest giveaway livestream” ever at the time.

During a stream with FaZe Lacy and FaZe Silky, Adin Ross accidentally leaked that he was going to fly to Toronto to participate in another stream with Drake. This led to much speculation among fans, but nothing was yet concrete. That all changes now, as Drake made the collaboration with Adin Ross official.

Drake announces first gambling stream of 2025 with Adin Ross

Canadian rapper Drake announced a gambling stream in collaboration with Adin Ross, stating that it will be “a big-time stream for the start of 2025.”

Drake didn’t provide many details in the post but he did mention that the stream will be broadcast on April 13 at 8 pm EST. The rapper claimed that the stream would be on the grandiose side and would feature a large cash giveaway. This isn’t surprising as Adin Ross and Drake’s previous collaboration also featured many gifts being offered up for viewers.

The stream is titled “Stake vs Drake & Adin” and will be featured on the rapper’s own Kick channel, where he usually streams Just Chatting and gaming content. The streaming industry is growing and the presence of mainstream celebrities is just another sign of that. Everyone from celebrities to presidential candidates uses streaming platforms, effectively making them an alternative to mainstream media outlets.

Adin and Drake’s Drizzmas Giveaway was a huge hit

The Drizzmas Giveaway featured viral moments and many viewers enjoyed the chemistry between Adin Ross and Drake at the time, leading the stream to become a massive success.

Drizzmas Giveaway was hosted by Drake and Adin Ross in partnership with Stake, the betting company behind Kick. The duo took on the collective role of Santa Claus by giving viewers gifts. Fans were encouraged to send emails to potentially win prizes. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were given out to lucky viewers and some even received concert tickets, vacations, and cars.

In a particularly high moment during the stream, the Canadian rapper surprised a firefighter with a video call that overjoyed the man and then proceeded to gift him both a car and $25,000 in cash. Drake expressed admiration towards the firefighter’s noble profession and fans appreciated the gesture in showcasing such a person during the livestream.

Drake stated at the time helping others was “the best feeling in the world,” and that many people want to do more with their families but lack the resources required, inspiring him to step in and help. If the upcoming stream is anything like their previous collaboration, it may become a hit among viewers as well.
