A lawsuit from Twitch streamer Pxie against Steven “Destiny” Bonnell II has officially been filed, and many of its details are now available to the public.
The streaming world has played host to many problematic figures. Every year, more speak out against famous figures who used their platform to take advantage of fans and fellow streamers at their most vulnerable. Destiny, a controversial streamer even before these latest allegations, has recently become the center of multiple accusations of sexual harassment.
It all began when Twitch streamer Pxie spoke out against Destiny and accused him of leaking explicit content about her online. Pxie’s post quickly went viral, and other women allegedly harassed by the political streamer corroborated the accusations. Destiny responded to those accusations and claimed other parties were responsible for the leaks. Among the chat logs from the post, he seemingly affirmed sharing explicit content of Pxie without consent.
Since the post, the official court documents for Pxie’s lawsuit have surfaced including more details about what exactly is at stake.
The legal documents detail the exact nature of the leaks, Destiny’s denial of involvement, and his claims that Pxie is only extorting him for money. The lawsuit gives details on when the leaks happened and Destiny’s reaction to the controversy. In November 2024, leaked explicit videos of Pxie spread online, causing her much distress.
Despite removing the video, third parties have duplicated the video onto other adult sites. According to the lawsuit, Destiny admitted to sharing the explicit content without Pxie’s consent. The lawsuit then detailed Destiny’s alleged apology.
“I’m super sorry, there’s literally no excuse,” Destiny said on Discord.
After Pxie went public with her side of the story, the lawsuit claims Destiny began destroying related evidence. The streamer allegedly deleted his message history with Pxie, though which messages were included in that history is not elaborated on in the lawsuit documentation. Pxie then sent a letter to Destiny through legal counsel, demanding that no further evidence be destroyed.
The lawsuit also claims that Destiny began accusing Pxie of extortion.
“Pxie and the people behind her just want money,” Destiny said on Discord. According to the lawsuit, Destiny claimed the leaker was not specifically named because he was “some broke loser.”
Update 02/20/2025: Destiny’s February 2025 livestream while discussing the lawsuit further corroborated the extortion claims. “This is a racket,” said Destiny regarding the lawsuit.
In addition to the official post on his subreddit, Destiny states he will share more about his thoughts on the situation soon including his side of the entire affair. In a clip from his stream, Destiny claims he will have more to share about the situation.
“I’ll say my piece about everything and see what happens from there,” Destiny said.
Destiny says he will BREAK SILENCE on the allegations next week.
Destiny has shown an unwillingness to share explicit details about the Pxie situation publicly for legal reasons. Further statements about the allegations may harm the streamer’s reputation significantly. Destiny explicitly claimed that he was more worried about the “reputational” damage he would suffer from the situation rather than the legal aspect.
Whether that sentiment holds in the future, only time will tell.
