With ZZZ version 1.6 well on its way, the full breakdown of promotion materials for Pulchra is here, meaning now’s the best time to gather them in advance of their arrival.
Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger aren’t the only new agents in version 1.6 as Pulchra is joining the roster as well. It’s been a while since Zenless Zone Zero introduced a new A-rank unit and players are excited to see Pulchra make her way to the roster. After she appeared in version 1.2’s quest, fans have been hoping to see her become a playable character, and now it’s finally happening. As per her drip marketing, Pulchra is entering ZZZ as a Physical Stun unit from the Sons of Calydon faction.
Pulchra has a chance of appearing when pulling for either Silver Soldier Anby or Trigger, and leaks are hinting that she could also be available as a reward from an event. Players who are excited to use her can start preparing early prior to her debut. Here’s a quick guide to all of Pulchra’s materials in ZZZ and the best farming methods for them.
To start building Pulchra in ZZZ, the first step in accruing her promotion materials is to gather Stun Certification Seals and dennies.
Pulchra’s promotion will span six levels and listed below are the needed items for each:
Stun agents the likes of Lighter and Anby need the aforementioned certification seals, and of course, Pulchra is no exception to this rule. The best and easiest way to get these certification seals is by heading to the VR device and tackling the Combat Simulation Mode: Stun Drill. Every run is sure to drain a player’s batteries, so be sure to come prepared.
Maxing out one Pulchra’s skill requires collecting Physical chips, Hamster Cage Pass, and dennies.Â
Physical chips are obtained in a manner similar to certification seals. But in this case, players will need to select the Rigidity Test. Another good alternative is to use Original chips instead of Tactical ones if batteries run out.
The Hamster Cage Pass is a rare item needed to upgrade her skill level to level 12. Currently, there are only two ways to get it: events and the New Eridu City Fund, or via the battle pass.
The materials needed to upgrade Pulchra’s core skills are Scarlet Engine and Higher Dimensional Data: Stealth Phantom. Both materials are available in the current version of the game, so players can farm them now and have them ready ahead of her release.
The best, and currently only, way to receive Higher Dimensional Data: Stealth Phantom is by facing Doppelganger – Jane. Depending on the player’s level, each run can provide two to five pieces of Stealth Phantom and will cost 40 batteries.
On the flip side, Scarlet Engine is part of the Notorious Hunt boss materials. Every week, players can collect three Notorious Hunt materials without needing to spend batteries. However, if they go over that, it will cost 60 batteries for each additional instance. If one doesn’t have the time to grind away at the boss, Scott Outpost Logistic Shops offers a way to get boss drops in exchange for Z-merits. Visit Casper and purchase Reserved Relics, which will provide any boss drop of choice, though only four can be bought in this way each month.
