Cloud 9 Worlds

If there was ever a game to bet on at the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, it would be Europe vs North America. Over the years, the intense rivalry between the two regions has delivered some incredible best-of-fives, and this year, we kick off Worlds with Cloud9 vs Karmine Corp. You have coaches going up against their former teams, you have two fanbases who are the most critical of their organisations in the West, and of course, it’s EU vs NA!

Want to know the best odds for KC vs C9? Don’t worry, this guide has you covered with the best of the LoL betting odds from GGBet.

Cloud9 vs Karmine Corp Analysis

Both teams are coming off of disappointing ends to their playoff runs in the Summer Split. Cloud9 showed they could compete with LYON and Team Liquid, but when they had the chance to close out both series, C9 wasn’t clean enough down the stretch. Still, it should be noted that the growth Cloud9 has shown from the start of the split to now is very impressive.

Their laning has always been their strong point, but fleshing that out into clean sidelanes once the game trickled along was always a big hurdle for them. They are now a competitive team at all stages of the game, and it’ll be interesting to see how they get on at Worlds.

Cloud 9 Worlds 2026

Karmine Corp have had a long period off after bouncing out of playoffs to MKOI, a result many did not predict. KC for the entirety of the regular season was the perennial team to beat. They made few mistakes and would slowly grind out victories if the game went late. I think KC are being a little underrated coming into Worlds. Yes, they did choke the playoffs, but they have had more than enough time to sort out their problems.

KC are also scrimming in Korea right now, and have had a longer time to prepare for the upcoming patch. Cloud9 have only recently concluded LCS playoffs, so while they will be match fit, they are only recently scrimming against the Worlds teams.

Odds at GGBet for Cloud9 vs Karmine Corp

There are a few bets you should definitely have a look at making if you want to potentially find some real value. The first one is taking a Cloud9 victory at odds of 2.41. This is a really good bet to make; C9 to some are considered the favorites based on their performances against LYON and TL, two teams who have been better than KC throughout the year. Here are the other great bets you could make in this series:

☑️ Editor’s Prediction

This series has a lot of betting potential and can go either way for many of the bets. I think Cloud9 will come out of the gates swinging. As far as preparation goes, they do it better than any Western team, which is why I would suggest taking Cloud9 on map 1. I think KC will come into the series later on and will simply ‘out-hand’ C9. Caliste is the X factor for Karmine Corp, and Busio has a history of outplaying Vulcan when it matters most.
