Who is chudthebuilder.

Kick streamer Dalton ‘Chudthebuilder’ Eatherly, who has long branded himself a free-speech advocate, has been permanently banned from the Kick platform following a series of incidents where he used racial slurs during live streams.

Chudthebuilder initially received a three-day ban from Kick on April 26, which meant he would be back after a brief break. However, the streamer’s return is now in question because Kick has taken further action against Chudthebuilder.

This comes after clips surfaced of the streamer allegedly harassing African-Americans, and he continued facing backlash even after getting banned from Kick when the videos went viral.

Why was Chudthebuilder banned from Kick?

Chudthebuilder initially received a 3-day ban from Kick after he went viral for allegedly verbally harassing an African-American bouncer. The streamer later revealed that the clip wasn’t the reason for his ban, and instead, his channel was suspended for another incident where he used racial slurs against an African-American while recording them.

Chudthebuilder spoke out against his ban on X, saying: “Make sure you don’t stream yourself exercising your constitutionally protected rights. But feel free to overdose live on stream. Or, if you’re a black man, go ahead and beat people senselessly. C**k streaming app.”

Kick responded by demonetizing and removing the streamer’s verification following his 3-day ban. Now, after further review, the platform decided Chudthebuilder’s 3-day ban wasn’t enough, and changed it to indefinite. The streamer announced this in a post on X, sharing the screenshot of Kick’s email, where the platform stated he was permanently banned to keep things “safe and fair for all users”. Chudthebuilder stated in the caption that he will now stream exclusively on Pump.

The community has reacted to the news, with many criticizing Chudthebuilde for losing a good thing. They stated that the streamer reportedly got high viewership across multiple platforms, including Kick, and was featured on mainstream news outlets, but they speculate that his actions will hurt his career. It remains to be seen whether Chudthebuilder can bounce back from this, but the community is commending Kick for banning him rather than trying to benefit from his virality.

Who is Chudthebuilder?

Chudthebuilder is an IRL streamer who calls himself the “free speech patriot”. The streamer goes viral on social media almost every other month, largely due to his on-stream altercations with strangers, which have frequently involved African-American individuals.

Right after his ban, the streamer shared a link to his GiveSendGo page, where he’s set up a donation page for himself. In the description, the streamer frames himself as a victim of cancel culture, claiming his contracting business in Clarksville, TN has been devastated by what he describes as slander from BLM activists.

He also cited death threats against himself and his two-year-old son, while acknowledging that he has used racial slurs online, which he dismisses as edgy humor and a matter of free speech. Whether Chudthebuilder will return to streaming on Kick is anyone’s guess, but he certainly won’t be able to earn any money right away.
