Caster Claims s1mple Earns $120K Monthly Salary Under BC.Game

Eastern European caster Konstantin “Leniniw” Sivko has claimed that Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev asked for a $120,000 monthly salary while playing under BC.Game. During the same discussion, Leniniw also shared what he described as a rough estimate of salaries across some of the highest-profile Counter-Strike 2 players.
CS:GO Goat s1mple Reportedly Asked for $120K Monthly Salary
According to Leniniw, his sources suggested that s1mple reportedly negotiated one of the largest salaries in competitive Counter-Strike when joining BC.Game’s CS2 roster.
“When signing with BC.Game, [s1mple] said he wanted to become the highest-paid CS player and asked for a salary of $120,000 per month.”
Though there is no official confirmation that this information is true, an article by Players.com.ua published six months ago also claimed that s1mple’s salary is within the $130,000 range. In this case, the numbers would check out.

Leniniw Shares Reported Salaries of CS2 Superstars
In the same discussion, Leniniw also shared what his sources told him about the salaries of other high-profile CS2 superstars.
According to Leniniw and his sources, these CS2 superstars reportedly earn:
- Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev – $120,000 per month at BC.Game
- Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut – €100,000 per month at Team Vitality
- Nikola “NiKo” Kovač – $70,000 per month at Team Falcons
- Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov – $70,000 per month at Team Falcons
- Andrii “B1ad3” Horodenskyi – reportedly the highest-paid member of the NAVI roster
If these figures are accurate, it’s worth mentioning that some of these individual players could be earning more in a single month than the entire roster of several competitive Counter-Strike teams.
Teams like GamerLegion, HEROIC, or TheMongolZ don’t necessarily have the biggest budgets, but they still compete at a very high level. If the salaries reported above are true, a single superstar could very well be earning more than an entire Tier 1.5 or Tier 2 roster combined.
Similarly, if s1mple’s reported salary of $120,000 is accurate it would be a significant contributor to his net worth adding up to almost $1.5 million per year. There’s a possibility he could be earning more than the rest of the BC.Game roster combined.
s1mple Responds to Six-Figure Salary Reports
s1mple himself was quick to react, as he responded to the reported salary claims on his Telegram channel, writing:
“120 isn’t enough, half of the players in the Tier 1 scene already have that kind of salary. I asked for a little more.”
It’s easy to tell his response is a little sarcastic, so it’s hard to take his response at face value. That being said, considering BC.Game is one of the largest esports betting sites in the market, his reported salary might not be entirely unrealistic.
Either way, even if the exact numbers aren’t confirmed, Leniniw’s reported salary claims offer a useful glimpse into how much some of the top CS2 players in the world get paid to play their favorite video game.
