Cabrzy decided to try out Mines for himself during a recent stream, curious about the increasing hype surrounding the game. The streamer’s run was seeming a bit underwhelming at first, and he didn’t mind pointing it out.

Mines soon proved out why it’s one of the most popular Stake Originals today, as Cabrzy placed a CA$500 bet and hit it to reveal a multiplier of 1,442.10x the starting bet, giving him a massive jackpot worth over CA$700,000. In response, Cabrzy screamed out and ripped off his shirt. The trademark dramatic celebration resulted in him accidentally muting himself with how loudly he was screaming, further adding to the chaos.
His live viewers in the Kick chat started spamming in support, and to tell him that he had muted himself. It became one of the more exhilarating silent celebrations you’re likely to see, on Kick or elsewhere.

How the Mines game works on Stake
Mines is inspired by the popular 1990s Minesweeper program on PC, and it has quickly become one of the more popular games on Stake. Similar to the original title that inspired it, Mines has players opening as many tiles as possible on the search for gems, though a bomb or mine will end the run.
The game starts with a 5×5 grid, and it’s a much more attractive presentation than is the classic Minesweeper experience. The more tiles you open without hitting a mine, the bigger the multiplier you’ll uncover, and the bigger the potential win can be. If players hit a mine before cashing out, however, the entire jackpot disappears.
