BLAST Slam 6 brings together most of the top Dota 2 teams, and our preview shows how the event’s outrights odds speak to a major upheaval in the state of the game’s competitive scene. Here’s what bettors should know heading into the tournament.

The 2024-2025 Dota 2 season was defined by the dominance of just a handful of teams that seemingly won each and every notable tournament. This season may or may not be different, but the lineup of teams at the top sure is.

Team Yandex looks to be a serious threat, the new OG roster is intriguing. Team Liquid has been overhauled as well, while Gaimin Gladiators is gone. And that’s just the start. But where do things stand from an outrights perspective, and which teams boast the most attractive betting odds at BLAST Slam 6? Here’s a full preview and breakdown.

BLAST Slam 6 outrights odds

The outright winner odds suggest that BLAST Slam 6 is a three-horse race between Team Falcons, Team Spirit, and Tundra Esports. Past those squads, the only three teams pegged as having a serious chance by betting metrics are Team Yandex, MOUZ, and Team Liquid.

Here are the outright odds on each team, according to GG.BET as of January 29, 2026:

Team Odds
Team Falcons 3.5
Team Spirit 4
Tundra Esports 4.5
Team Yandex 6.5
MOUZ 9
Team Liquid 11
Xtreme Gaming 26
Team Heroic 31
NAVI 34
OG 67
GamerLegion 81
REKONIX 81

Team Falcons suffered a relatively early exit from DreamLeague Season 27 in December, but has generally been quite strong since winning The International 2025. Spirit took January off but made the finals of both DreamLeague Season 27 and PGL Wallachia Season 6. Tundra posted mixed results after TI, but the highlights included winning BLAST Slam 4 and 5.

All three teams have the recent accomplishments to back up their ranking and are serious threats to emerge victorious at BLAST Slam 6. Of the three, Tundra might be the most interesting outrights betting option given the better return on its 4.5 odds, relative to the other two favorites.

Team Yandex, MOUZ, and Team Liquid are all given a credible shot to win as well, though whether they’re being overrated or underrated by Dota 2 betting sites is up for debate.

After a ho-hum start to its existence, Team Yandex exploded in November on its way to top-three finishes across three consecutive major tournaments. That could hint at the team being a true elite squad in the space, but top esports betting sites aren’t quite biting yet. Similarly, MOUZ won PGL Wallachia Season 6 and placed in the top four in BLAST Slam 4 and 5 but are still seen as more fringe contenders.

Who to bet on at BLAST Slam 6

Things are looking to be quite competitive at BLAST Slam 6, which makes it tough to recommend any specific team to bet on. MOUZ and Yandex are comfortably the best value options, given the juicier lines associated with them, but Tundra, Falcons, and Spirit all have a very good chance of winning this event.

The bigger recommendation is who to avoid betting on. Team Liquid is being significantly overrated by sportsbooks given what fans have seen of the team so far. Ex-Gaimin Gladiators players Marcus “Ace” Christensen and Erik “tOfu” Engel are now on the squad, but it’s still very early to buy into them even with top-four finishes in Fissure Playground 2 and PGL Wallachia Season 6.

TL’s chances of winning are likely closer to those of Xtreme Gaming than they are to Yandex and MOUZ, despite what the outright lines currently say.

On the flipside, the post-Johan “N0tail” Sundstein, all-SEA era of OG is being very underrated by sportsbooks. The team placed top six in its last three tournaments of 2026, and took wins over the likes of Tundra and Spirit along the way. They’re still a big longshot, but the odds are much better than the 67.0 line would suggest.

Given all of the above, our best bet for BLAST Slam 6 outrights is Tundra Esports, while our biggest odds value bet for the event is OG, if bettors are interested in a longer shot that could still pay out with a big return.

BLAST Slam 6 schedule, match times

The BLAST Slam 6 schedule will see play open on February 3 with its opening matches beginning at 10 AM CET. The event will then run through February 15, at which point its champion will be crowned following the best-of-five grand final. Unlike many Dota 2 esports events, only the grand final will be played on February 15. There will be no lower bracket final, as the event’s playoff round is a single-elimination bracket.

The event’s group stage will run from February 3 through February 5. The last chance and play-in rounds will take place between February 6 and February 8 with the first match taking place at 3 PM CET, with all matches through that point being played online.

The offline stage will begin on February 13 with an opening match at 2 PM CET before culminating with the grand finals on February 15, which will be played at 4:30 PM CET. These playoff matches will be played live in studio, on location in Malta.
