BLAST Bounty 2026 semi-final predictions: who's making it to the grand final?

The top four teams we’re seeing at the BLAST Bounty 2026 semi-finals are far from what anyone would expect before the tournament began, but here we are. We’re only three matches from crowning a winner, so let’s take a look at the best BLAST Bounty semi-final predictions for both upcoming matchups.
FaZe Clan vs Team Spirit Predictions
Starting the semi-finals off is a banger of a series between FaZe Clan and Team Spirit, which is one you most certainly won’t want to miss.
FaZe Clan have exceeded all expectations at this event, securing at least a top four finish in their first S-tier event with the new squad. The team’s newest recruit, JBOEN, has been playing exceptional Counter-Strike despite being a rookie.
Twistzz and company took down TheMongolZ in the quarterfinals to get to this point, and it’s safe to say that series wasn’t clean. FaZe had to pull off a miraculous 3-12 comeback on the first map, which, if we’re being real, was just a massive throw by TheMongolZ. FaZe proceeded to get stomped on the second map, but managed to bounce back on the third to win the series. Despite getting the win, anyone would agree that FaZe weren’t playing at their best.
Looking to secure another grand final appearance in 2026 are Team Spirit, who are undoubtedly the team to beat at the event. The CIS roster made light work of their quarterfinal opponents in Team Liquid, with donk dropping an insane 1.76 rating.

There’s really not much to say – the team is in form, all of their players are shooting lasers, and there are no signs of them slowing down.
Team Spirit are still comfortably one of the best CS2 teams in the world, so it’s no surprise that they’re the heavy favorites. This is going to be an extremely tough mountain for FaZe Clan to climb.

Our Prediction
Though JBOEN and the new FaZe Clan have been making waves, we believe they have no chance to beat Team Spirit just yet. They honestly weren’t supposed to win their quarterfinal series against TheMongolZ yesterday, and Team Spirit is going to be twice, or three times, as hard. We’re predicting a quick sweep for the Eastern European squad.
Our pick:
- Team Spirit -1.5 @ 1.75 odds
MOUZ vs Astralis Predictions
The second and final matchup of the day sees the new iteration of MOUZ taking on HooXi and Astralis.
On paper, MOUZ were arguably one of the winners in the recent roster shuffle, getting their hands on star prospect PR, who was one of the best CS2 players in the Tier 2 scene, to boost the team’s firepower. However, it’s still very early into the season, and the team’s performance against 3DMAX suggests that things haven’t necessarily clicked in the new lineup just yet.

Despite playing against a significantly lower-ranked opponent, MOUZ almost lost the match to 3DMAX if it weren’t for a comeback on the second map. They look a little shaky, so we recommend betting on them with caution.
On the other side, we have Astralis, a team that didn’t make any player changes, but brought in experienced coach NEO to take on the coaching helm. Overall, Astralis don’t look bad, but they don’t look amazing either.
Similar to MOUZ, Astralis struggled in their quarterfinal series against paiN Gaming, which required them three maps and three overtimes to get the job done. Still, they showed good resilience and got the job done.
All things considered, MOUZ are still the heavy favorites heading into the series, but we believe Astralis at least have a chance to deal some damage.
MOUZ vs Astralis Odds
Here are the odds for the upcoming MOUZ vs Astralis match:
| Market | Odds |
|---|---|
| MOUZ Match Winner | 1.31 |
| Astralis Match Winner | 3.32 |
| Over 2.5 Maps | 2.15 |

Our Prediction
Honestly speaking, both teams have looked pretty scrappy, so we’re predicting far from perfect Counter-Strike in this series. We believe MOUZ will still come out on top and advance to the final, but Astralis should be able to take a map.
Our picks:
- MOUZ Match Winner @ 1.31 odds
- Astralis +1.5 @ 2.15 odds
