The Punisher

Punisher is a duelist with devastating hit-scan damage, provided he’s in the right hands.

While Human Torch is airborne, Punisher can use his Adjudication Assault Rifle to gun him down or at least force him to retreat behind cover. But his threat isn’t just at long range. When Human Torch dives in with Flaming Meteor, Punisher can swap to his shotgun to, well, punish him, or use his smoke grenade to escape if needed.
