Popular streamer Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt has started to multistream his content and he recently shared the revenue he earned from Kick and Twitch over 30 days, surprising viewers with the stark contrast in the money made between the two platforms.
Asmongold is a popular content creator found on Twitch, YouTube, and now Kick after he began to multistream his content on Kick in June. The content creator highlighted the higher earnings he was getting on the Stake-owned platform after his initial streams there when he showed that he had earned over $36,000 in revenue on Kick from just two streams over two days.
This is a significant amount of money to earn in just a couple of days, but many fans weren’t surprised as other streamers have also reported higher revenues on Kick. Asmongold has now shared another comparison of his Kick and Twitch earnings, this time taken from over a 30-day period. The streamer’s earnings on both platforms are impressive, but Kick wins out by a wide margin.
Asmongold revealed that in 30 days, he made approximately $295,000 on Kick compared to approximately $32,000 on Twitch.
Asmongold first shared that he made $32,371.25 on Twitch over the course of 30 days. The streamer’s earnings on Twitch have remained consistent, as he earned $31,146.54 in June. He elaborated during the stream that he had made a significant amount of money over the past few days because of subs. Even with those subs increasing his Twitch revenue, Amongold’s Kick earnings were drastically higher.
Asmongold made $294,325.59 on Kick in the 30-day period, which is approximately 10 times more than what he’d earned on Twitch. This is a significant difference in revenue. Asmongold made clear that his Kick earnings are legitimate and that viewers can compare them to other streamers’ revenue numbers to verify that the platform’s earnings potential is massive. The streamer also explained that his Kick earnings are just a baseline, and he would earn “double” if he started to stream on the platform exclusively.
Streamers earn lower revenue when multistreaming compared to streaming their content exclusively on the platform. It’s unclear whether Asmongold could really double his revenue by starting to stream exclusively on Kick., but his viewers are already expressing their awe at the high revenues he’s earning on Kick.
Many streamers have endorsed Kick’s Partner Program of late, espousing it to be the livestreaming industry’s most profitable revenue method for content creators. Kick opening up multistreaming has only provided another way for streamers to take advantage of its high potential revenues.
