Adin Ross FaZe Lacy drama

Popular streamers Adin Ross and Nick “Lacy” Fosco have had a public falling out, leading to the two feuding with each other via increasingly angry streams and tweets.

Adin Ross has been streaming on Kick since 2023 when he was banned from Twitch. The streamer has since been unbanned from the Amazon-backed livestreaming platform but has remained loyal to Kick. FaZe Lacy, on the other hand, tried to multistream on Kick but quit almost instantly and still primarily streams on Twitch. Both streamers have been involved in their fair share of controversies over the years, ranging from Lacy apparently being kicked out of FaZe Clan to a recent incident through which Lacy supposedly owes Adin Ross money.

This drama has blown up with both Lacy and Adin Ross taking digs at each other publicly as it continues to escalate.

What’s the drama between Adin Ross and FaZe Lacy?

The drama between the two streamers began after Adin Ross accused FaZe Lacy of not paying Lacy’s share of an event the two organized together.

In August, Adin Ross called out FaZe Lacy for not paying his portion of the money for a “Fat Camp” event, which was then resulting in delayed payments to the event’s participants. Ross alleged that Lacy was being contacted “every day for weeks” but was ignoring messages. The streamer went on to claim he was paying for 80% and that Lacy only had to cover 20% of the event cost, but that Lacy was unwilling.

Lacy responded to the allegations in a stream and admitted he wasn’t answering the messages being sent his way. But he claimed he doesn’t owe Adin any more money. The Twitch streamer stated that he had a conversation with Adin before the event started through which Lacy explained he wasn’t comfortable paying more than a set amount of money. Lacy claims that he “wired Adin $30,000 and paid for the flights and hotels for his team.” The streamer also claimed Adin spontaneously decided at the end of Fat Camp to pay the losing team money, something Lacy hadn’t agreed to.

Adin shot back with claims that a participant was threatening to sue him and Lacy because of an injury, but that the Kick streamer had handled the situation himself. He further claimed that Lacy had agreed to pay the money but was now backing out of his word. The Kick streamer claimed he had already paid “over $100,000” for the event.

Lacy then came right back in another stream of his own, saying that he had paid the disputed $10,000 that was apparently missing. Adin claims the FaZe streamer only agreed to pay the money after the situation became public.

Adin Ross tweeted after FaZe Lacy called him out for lying about the figures involved in the drama between the two. The Kick streamer claimed that the total originally owed actually came out to $20,000, but that he had been willing to decrease the amount for Lacy’s benefit after Lacy claimed he couldn’t afford the cost.

Adin stated that he didn’t want to create public drama, but he felt he had no choice after Lacy refused to respond, delaying payout for the Fat Camp contestants. The Kick streamer expressed that the situation could’ve easily been dealt with privately if Lacy had better communicated, but Lacy obviously feels differently, and the two followed up these back-and-forth streams by hurling insults at each other over X/Twitter.
