Adin Ross claims he’s a part-owner of FaZe Clan
Adin Ross claims he's a part-owner of FaZe Clan
Kick streamer Adin Ross has claimed that he invested in FaZe Clan during the organization’s rebranding period and now has a significant stake in the company’s ownership.
Adin Ross is one of the most prominent streamers in the scene and is also arguably among the biggest contributors to making streaming platform Kick as popular as it is. The Kick streamer is said to have an ownership stake in the platform, but it’s unclear how much of it he owns. There has also been speculation that Adin may have sold his Kick shares, making unclear if he still has a meaningful personal stake in the platform.
Regardless of whether Adin Ross has equity in Kick or not, the streamer has made business-savvy decisions. This makes it so that he doesn’t have to
rely solely on his streaming earnings. These investments range from crypto to NFTs and even real estate. Adin Ross has now revealed that he owns shares in the esports and entertainment organization FaZe Clan.
Does Adin Ross own FaZe Clan?
Adin Ross revealed that he has significant equity in FaZe Clan because he invested money during the organization’s rebranding period, but he isn’t the sole owner.
During a recent stream
with FaZe Clan members and Twitch streamers FaZe Lacy and FaZe Silky, Adin Ross revealed that he owns 20% of FaZe Clan. The Kick streamer went on to say that he invested approximately $5 million while the organization was rebradning itself. This amount was invested when FaZe was going through a transformative period in 2024.

Lacy and Silky expressed their surprise at the revelation and jokingly questioned whether Adin also owned them. The Kick streamer expressed his own surprise in return and questioned whether they really didn’t know. The cat was out of the bag, and Adin stated that he has had equity in the organization for some time now.
Adin Ross reiterated that he owns 20% of the organization and questioned whether it was supposed to be a secret. FaZe Silky said it isn’t his place to say, hinting the investment isn’t common knowledge within FaZe.
Despite his owning 20%, Adin Ross still isn’t the majority shareholder of the company. In 2023, GameSquare Holdings Inc., which is backed by various investors,
acquired FaZe Clan
in an all-stock deal. GameSquare reportedly owns approximately 55% of FaZe Clan and is the majority shareholder. American rapper Kiari “Offset” Kendrell Cephus also owns a stake in the esports organization and has since 2019.
