100 Thieves Roobet sign dev1ce to complete CS2 roster

100 Thieves Roobet has finalized its CS2 roster by signing Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz, with the veteran Counter-Strike 2 star stepping in as the team’s new AWPer moving forward.
In November 2025, 100 Thieves Roobet announced its return to Counter-Strike 2 through a partnership with betting operator Roobet, a move that immediately stirred the CS2 scene given the organization’s long history in the game. At the time, 100 Thieves Roobet was quiet on roster details. A month later, the full lineup is finally public, led by two of the most accomplished players in CS2.
100 Thieves Roobet has confirmed that dev1ce will join Håvard “rain” Nygaard, among others, on a mixed roster backed formally by Roobet.

dev1ce will reunite with ex-teammate Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander, who now serves as 100 Thieves Roobet’s coach, on a CS2 roster otherwise built largely around younger talent. Håvard “rain” Nygaard will handle in-game leading duties, while the former Astralis star steps in as the team’s primary AWPer.
“Really excited for this new journey! There’s a lot of work ahead and I can’t wait to get started!!” dev1ce said. “I’m ready to put in the hours, earn your guys trust, and let the server do the talking.”
The past few years haven’t been so kind to dev1ce. After taking a mental health break during his stint with Ninjas in Pyjamas in 2021, the veteran AWPer struggled to regain the level he shown during Astralis’ peak. His return to Astralis later that year came with huge expectations, as fans hoped a reunion with familiar faces would spark a comeback. But the results never quite matched the legacy of that dominant prior era, leaving dev1ce to search for consistency once more.
At a 1.02 current rating, dev1ce is clearly not in the best form of his career by a long stretch, but the current 100 Thieves Roobet roster still looks promising, especially with gla1ve taking charge of coaching duties. rain joins with tons of experience as the in-game leader, while the lineup will rely on young talent for firepower through the middle of the roster.

Both Sweden Alex “poiii” Nyholm Sundgren and Denmark “sirah” Kjærsgaard have shown solid rifling during their time with Alliance and ECSTATIC, respectively. With a 1.21 rating, sirah stands out as the most consistent source of firepower on the 100 Thieves Roobet roster and as one of the key players to watch. If dev1ce manages to find even close to his old form, 100 Thieves Roobet could end up with a lineup that’s far more dangerous than it looks on paper and could find itself on the plus end of CS2 betting odds once more.
Clearly, 100 Thieves Roobet seems to agree, opting for a mix of fresh talent rather than assembling a roster with VRS standing. That choice signals confidence in the lineup’s ability to improve quickly and climb the rankings on merit for the upcoming Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major 2026.
100 Thieves Roobet roster is:
- Håvard “rain” Nygaard (IGL)
- André “Ag1l” Gil
- William “sirah” Kjærsgaard
- Alex “poiii” Nyholm Sundgren
- Nicolai “device” Reedtz
- Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander (coach)
